The room was very clean, better than in the pictures. Even if it was too hot, the temperature in the room was kept with the fan and the AC. And it is a new property, very well isolated. The area is safe, and there are very good restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was wonderful after the long day traveling. Breakfast in the morning was very complete.

Nothing. Perhaps the closing time of the swimming pool could be a little bit late than 19.00 p.m. As well, Gwalior is not very visited by tourist, but some tourist information at the front desk would be an additional point!

An awesome place to stay and break journey or if you're headed to Gwalior to check places out. Rooms are large and the beds comfortable and the facilities superb. Living up to the Radisson Blue promise even though it's just a Radisson ;-)

Parking. It's all out in the open and under the sun. There should be underground parking or they should install sheeting covered with solar panels over their parking lot!

I loved my room I come in this hotel a few times a year, this time I got room with separate dressing . As I have multiple suitcases for staying a month, this gave me more space and calmness in the room , therefore peace in the head I also appreciated the ironing facilities As always breakfast is the best of my month stay travelling allover india . I also love the Farzi cafe on rooftop , nice setting & great food Keep it up and see you next time

The stay at the hotel was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive. They helped me in not just extending my stay with great tariff offer but also helped in finding and dispatching my lost Airpod. The staff at the reception and restaurant are extremely helpful. The property is very safe for female travellers. Overall wonderful stay.

The staff coming to serve in room was not tidy as they enter room there was a particular smell in room in hospitality industry these things matter,they should have a in house spa ,most of radisson have,food was not too good in taste biryani i ordered was not good.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very kind and attentive, and they have a nice gym and lovely pool area.

One thing that was a bit strange is that one of the house keeping managers asked me to write a positive review and name him, and he hovered behind me and wouldn’t leave until I completed and submitted it. It made me very uncomfortable. I deleted the review later.

Breakfast was nice. staff was ever engaging and very helpful in attending to our needs. Housekeeping was efficient. And most importantly, most staff had a smile on their faces and seemed very eager to make our stay comfortable.

The water pressure in the bathrooms needs improvement. The fire exits in the corridors need to be marked so that one can see them when you come out of the rooms. It gets confusing sometimes to determine where the lifts / stairs are.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel which were very delectable. There were many vegetarian and non vegetarian food options in the buffet dinner especially on the Christmas eve. We also requested for extra blankets which was well attended. Overall we had a very comfortable and a pleasant stay at this property. Would recommend this hotel for stay in Gwalior.

The room was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable. So was the bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. Complimentary cookies, tea, coffee and water in the room was nice. AC was super effective. Farzi Cafe on the terrace with live DJ was great for dinner in the evening. The check-in staff was polite and courteous. Complimentary late checkout was helpful.

The rooftop pool was too small. The variety at breakfast and the taste could be better.
