AC, Tv, intercom facility provided but not functioning. Even service boy also not experience to attend.

We booked a room for 3 people and the fare was paid accordingly, but the person who got us checked-in asked for 300 ₹extra for the mattress for 3rd guest. The manager was not cooperative and non- professional. The room had seepage and smell of dampness.. Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Location is good. Walking distance from Railway station.

Hotel is inside a small lane, very uncomfortable to take vehicle inside. Only one car parking space is there. Hotel entrance lane is also dirty, covered with cow dung & cow urine. Though the bathroom is clean, it was stinking. Gutter smell coming from bathroom outlet. A/C in room was not working, T.V. remotes were not working properly. No hot water in the bathroom on day 1. Only roadside rooms are having practical windows causing proper ventilation. Inside rooms doesn't have proper air ventilation. Room photographs showing on website are different than actual rooms. Very disappointing stay. In future we have to think twice before booking the hotel on this site.
