- Very attentive and respectful staff. - Hotel is in a very central location. - They let you control the AC and water heater yourself. No switch-on switch-off games. - They made it possible to give me a different room, further away from the reception, despite being fully booked.

- Floor and other surfaces could be cleaner. - My AC was quite loud.

A good hotel to stay safe with your family and friends and convenience in managing your trips to Haridwar. Hotel provides a very good room and room service on a call or when you are away it will be cleaned and serviced. You need to be little cautious in using bathroom water taps as cold and hot water is controlled with left and right tilt. On each floor tea, coffee,hot and cold dispenser is kept and you can have these for no charges. Two pressing boards with Iron box is kept on self service basis with no charges again. The restaurant is need and clen . Since I was on weeklong stay here and almost out from morning to evening on various visits to nearby pilgrimage I could not avail the catering service. The only deficiencies the management needs to take care of is about No cupboards or lockers to keep your belongings or valuables in good condition. Else it’s a very good hotel.

Location was very good. Station was 5 minutes away, and there were many restaurants and Har Ki Pauri was also nearby. Breakfast service was good. Mr Vimal was very helpful. He arranged a Toto for Hardwar city tour and a cab for Rishikesh trip. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Staff behaviour and food quality and value for money. I stayed here with my mom wife and my son and we all are feels like home.

Only one thing I didn’t like in out of hotel one E Rickshaw driver name Lalit he talked very polite but totally fraud I can’t explain detail here. But who read my review be safe. And also hotel need to think about it.

Hotel ambiance was very good. Staff's behaviour was very polite and courteous. Food was awesome. Rooms are spacious and having all needful amenities. Toilet was clean. Bed was so comfy. Location is close to railway station and all important places. Safe and secure environment as well. Highly recommended 🤗

I had a fantastic stay. The hospitality was exceptional, especially thanks to the manager, Shivam kashyap, who went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and memorable. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and look forward to returning soon.

I liked the property, it's cleanliness, well maintained room , bed, toilet very neat. Everyday the house keeping work done to offer more pleasure and comfort to boarder. The staff of property and specially to mention the front office/reception staffs behaviour is very nice , friendly and helpful. I will recommend highly for this property to have unique experience. If we further visit Hardwar in future then definitely wil love to l stay in HOTEL UMRA GRACE.

Clean rooms , clean laundry, staff is ready to serv you at one call, also all locations are near by like hakripauri , daksh mandir u can go by riskshaw, i like the hospitality very much rooms are first sight love at this price can't expect more , i have posted some pictures of room......

One of the best stay in haridwar located next to railway station and main market even had ki pauri was 10 mins walk. Staff was very helpful got nearby parking. Felt safe as hotel was taking all precautions like sanitization temp check and others. Would love to stay here again....

Overall experience was very good and we had comfortable stay. The behaviour of staff was very good and quite caring. Washroom was clean & hygienic.

I had booked for 2 adults and 2 children of 14 yrs &10 yrs. The breakfast was included in this package. However only one breakfast was provided by saying two kids & 2 breakfast for two adults. We didn't mind. Rest all good.
