Hotel is good , Manager is very friendly nature . The cleanliness of the room was also good

But the service of the staff is not very good. My room was on the 4th floor. Staff was not present to unload luggage. i had to get off myself . Room service needs improvement. The price is high according to the hotel. it's budget hotel. Room stay price should not be more than 1500.

I had some problem in my car and the entry of 4 wheelers was closed in Har ki Pauri area right after i entered. In this situation called multiple machanic shops no one was willing to come and were asking to get the car to the shop for check up so if I take the car out, it won’t be allowed to get in. Appreciate the staff for going out of the way to help and arrange a Machanic.

In house kitchen was closed. They arranged complimentary breakfast from outside which was very limited in quantity. Staff was very nice and courteous to us. Room was good at this price, washroom was amazing. Overall a good stay.

Very limited quantity comlimentary breakfast for which they charge 200 per person, I would suggest to take room without complimentary breakfast. Room size was little small. Located inside a narrow lane.

Break fast is not available.The staff particularly Mr, Rahul was great help.All were smiling and ready to assist.

BF was not there. One room had some problem like termite in the washroom..main door lock was jammed but it was corrected soon. in washroom electric board was hanging,washroom door lock was not working. may be doors because of heavy rain got moisture,,which need immediate attention.

Clean and calm hotel, Staff behaviour was very polite & 24 hours available on one call. Ganga river is about 100 meter from hotel.
