The hotel is located in Ranipur right on the mainroad towards Haridwar. Some good restaurants were nearby. I had booked an Executive suite. There was plenty of space.

There appears to be some misunderstanding between Booking.com and the Hotel. As I had booked the hotel in the morning for the same day, the website did not ask me for the payment and the booking conditions were to pay at the property. However, I received a call from the hotel demanding that if I do not pay digitally within next half an hour the booking will be cancelled. As I was driving, I requested that I will make the payment in an hour but the Hotel did not agree. I had to stop the car in the middle of nowhere and make the payment digitally (Thanks to the great connectivity in India). If such are the conditions, then Booking.com should have asked for the payment upfront at the time of booking.

The hotel is located approximately 4 to 5 km from Har ka Pauri. We were able to get conveyance for Har Ka Pauri even at 4 in morning. So conveyance is not a problem. Hotel has parking which is plus point. There is a ganga ghat within 1 km of hotel which is plus again. hotel well located with lots of eating joints including Burger king, Domino etc around

Some of rooms have no view

The staff are very courteous and have gone extra mile to help. Has reached an hour early and they accommodated me. Being new to city and directions, they extended as a travel guide 😊😊

Lighting could be more efficiently fixed
