Very efficient and courteous staff . Rooms spacious and provided with comfortable beds that ensure a good sleep. Above all , breakfast items are varied and delicious . Special Mentions : Ms Sapna/ ED , Ms Haseena/ Sirisah Front Desk , Balyeshwar Naik/ Naveen Family Restaurant Managers . Nikhil - support staff . All in all , a good experience. Stay highly recommended . 45 minutes drive from RGI Airport .

Guests must be careful to avoid staying in rooms that are located right opposite the National Highway because of which sleep is disturbed due to blowing of high decibel horns by passing vehicles all the time . For the first time ever in my several trips around the globe during last 50 years, I had to change our room 3 times because of this !

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Complementary breakfast, but not satisfactory. Mostly repeated same break fast, No variety in breakfast.Could be because of nonavailability of staff due to heavy rain during that period. I was there for 11 days.

I have to go to room alone at the time of check in. One of hotel staff asked for tip when he came to keep water and towels. Paid Tea was refused in the eve. Soap kept was very small size. No shaving kit provided.
