I came in a bit early for the check in and the staff was exceptionally cooperative to accommodate my request. I was offered a coffee while I waited for my room. The staff is young , and they put in the extra effort effort to help out the Customer. Breakfast at this place is exceptional. I stayed for 6 nights, and the staff at the breakfast time took very good care. I must make a special mention of a young lady from Meghalaya who remembered my choices and made it a point to offer the dish as soon as I was in the breakfast room! In addition, they have a dedicated person who goes around and patiently checks whether everything is OK! Housekeeping staff is manned by young and energetic folks who helped in keeping the room spick and span! Laundry service is top notch and the prices are reasonable. I have travelled the world over in the last 30 years, and as a Canadian I'm impressed with the level of hospitality!

I really have nothing but good words. On a different note, the door man constantly bows every time I go out or walk back in, which makes me feel a bit embarrassed!

Breakfast was excellent.. good variety! Washrooms were clean!

The entire lobby of the 2nd floor was smelling of cigarette .. and it pilfered into the room! My wife could hardly sleep because of the smell... A moistoriser is a basic need these days and we didnt see those.

It is a superb building equipped with nice facilities In heart of the Pearl City, Begumpet, such as round-the-clock security, free Wi-Fi, and a common lounge & sit out made available to guests. I live in a nice suite room with additional sofa. It has high ceilings and large windows, nice view of metro track with a pleasant breeze and amazing ambiance @ Greenpark made available by our staff, supported by Rahul & Noel given a warm welcoming environment entire time!!!

This depends somewhat on what level of hotel you’re speaking. However, I think greenpark has all amenities includes these things. Hospitality was an important thing @ hotel and room that is cleaned and feels fresh to the guests. You feel like greenpark as a home, not just a hotel but it’s ambience & atmosphere of the hotel that feels safe and comfortable for the price you’re paying Staff that appears to care about you & your needs. a comfortable bed and a good bathroom and a well managed housekeeping !!! I liked everything!!!! Nothing much to say about it!!!

Breakfast was excellent. The location can be improved if you can allow people to sit in open area to get some fresh air during breakfast.

As per Hotel staff we booked without breakfast. I think I booked with breakfast. But it was communicated to us on second day after we finished our breakfast and that too in front of our guest whom we invited for breakfast. Before we started with our breakfast, we informed staff that we have a guest and for breakfast and same can be billed.

Food was very good. Be it BF, Lunch or Dinner food was enjoyable. Very nice people in the dining hall. One very special mention goes to Mr. Bhaskar Reddy of Travel Desk. Excellent Guy. He deserves a pat on his back for excellent co-ordination and co-operative attitude.

I had booked 5 rooms. 3 rooms were booked from 22 feb to 26 ( 5days). out of this one guest family reached hotel in the morning hrs of Feb 23. The room was not ready for the guest despite the room was booked from 2 PM of feb 22. This was/is not an acceptable situation. Green Park agreed not to charge him for the feb 22. The same guest, while he was checking out , the reception counter billed him for 5 days ( instead of 4 days- as agreed earlier). There was a communication gap among the staff, which was avoidable, if the in charge was prudent enough. It took sometime to convince the front desk not to charge for 5 days.

Location was the best. The breakfast was good. decent variety mainly south India. Rooms were good for the price. Staff was good and most were helpful esp the Doorman, who helped my parents with mobility issues.

no access for elderly and people with movement disability. staff training has to be slightly better. they are not very helping as compared to other hotels. For elder ppl they cannot used a qr code to order. requested for a menu many times the only reply we got was we need to use qr code for menu. i understand paperless future, but a simple printout could have helped. which i requested and no one bothered. most ppl over 70 have eyesight issues and QR is not a solution to order food especially if we are staying in your hotel!

This is an incredibly good value hotel. We chose it as my son in law was running the 50 km ultramarathon (5/11/23) and his team was booked here. The hotel was extremely good value and we had a half board deal. The staff were exceptionally attentive, the breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet was abundant with huge number of options, very tasty and varied. The minibar was complimentary and 4 bottles of water daily. Whats not to like?

The rooms look a bit tired and dated, but are clean. The whole hotel could do with a bit of freshening up of carpets and decor, but it's not a big deal as it was comfortable and clean.

The staff ( especially, Rahul & Noel from reception and two girls are attended every query and supported in extensive support for accommodation), which was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues." Ambience. Location. late night food served. Cleanliness. well maintained

Breakfast was good a year ago. Now it is not satisfying. We had the same food on the display for all the 3 days we stayed there. This was not a good sign. The muffins or cakes or other bakery items were not fresh they were freezed out lots served everyday.

Breakfast - Fantastic great spread of South India to European choices , Choice of teas and fruits etc Was given an early checkin thanks to Miss Mitali , Miss Blanoline and Mr Kranthi Was surprised to get a bigger room with a nice fruit basket - made my day Thank you all and look forward to seeing you soon
