Set back from the road so it definitely reduces the noise of the vibrant area. Super clean and under improvements during our stay but there was still two great dining options- the restaurant and the cafe. Rooms are well appointed, clean linens and plenty of water left in our room every day. There are so many staff that make it their mission to help. So used to American hotels where the staff ignore you. Young John in the restaurant bar stands out - kind and thoughtful service. Mounika in reception/ customer service is helpful and efficient. 2 night shift receptionists stayed on after their shift ended on 12/04 morning helping us finding our online IPL cricket tickets - beyond the call of duty. Kindness makes this hotel shine. Hospitality every day. Recommend the incredible Sunday Brunch!

Nothing really

I had a truly wonderful stay at Marigold Hotel Hyderabad. The hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I especially loved the breakfast buffet — it had a great variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location is very convenient too, making it easy to access major parts of the city. A special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their prompt and courteous service. I would highly recommend Marigold Hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad and look forward to staying here again

Breakfast was great, the accommodation commute and accessibility were just amazing. It was good value for our money, there was a lady at the breakfast place check in she was very sweet.

So only thing I didn't like was people can be loud as the pitch of every person's voice is different. And it's a hotel so please expect people to be loud sometimes, we are not there for a meditation session. Sorry if it was rude, but that part was a bit annoying that's not very welcoming.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. From Nirupama who supported my Mum to climb up the steps and reassured her that she’s happy to support her to Diganta who is so diligent with ensuring the bags are loaded / unloaded and doors remain open to customers to Girija who always welcome the guests with a beautiful smile and Akshaya who is her associate to Rahul, the young man who assisted my Mum and myself with the bags and kept the room in a pristine condition- it’s these staff that keeps the hotel going. This feedback is an encouragement to the management to recognise their selflessness and dedication, and the long hours they put in, which is very evident to the guests who are staying there . The staff makes this place lovely.

This hotel is truely five star. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities are amazing. Beds are so comfortable. Good choice of restaurants onsite.

Some mostly smell or smell like previously had been smoked in. Asked for adjoining rooms or to be close together. Rooms provided were on the same floor but opposite ends. Late check-out until 2pm was provided. Later would incur an extra fee. Despite requesting late check-out prior to arrival and confirming on check in staff asked several times the morning when we were leaving, via phone and in person. Menus for the various restaurants should be provided in the rooms so that guests can make an informed decision prior to entering.

very clean WiFi very good Comfortable stay Mr Sai , Manager of Saffron soul restaurant took due care for my food preferences by coordinating with Chef Iqbal . I was able to enjoy homestyle cooked food home away from home . Want to mention name of Mr Arpan took great care of my mom who visited for lunch at Saffron

Room dining services.-> Experience was not uniformly great need to be stepped up- issues like napkins cutlery inadequate had to make second requests

We’re often pay the premium of staying in a hotel room so that we can stay luxurious time with peers and family friends and colleagues, and also have a nice sleep/eat dine in one place with peace and come-and-go as we please and the spread was awesome largely served. Valued for your money😀😀😀😉 So, our favorite ❤️ 🤩 thing about being in a hotel: we loved the place. The level of service was outstanding and it felt like we’re at home (in Visakhapatnam), being in Merigold felt like a home stay.

We would also nominate the Greenpark, as Meri Gold & Green Park all together same, it’s also a part of the greenpark hotels. It’s another level of experience all together and the service goes beyond your expectations!!!😉😊🤩💐

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming, especially Arun sir and Sree, Rajini Madam are very much helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We as a family also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. utilized nice fragrance to create a specific atmosphere @ marigold , amplifying the sense of luxury and relaxation with live music at breakfast time!!! Complimentary services were very good!! lobbies and rooms feel more inviting, supporting the hotel's efforts to create a particular ambiance that aligns with the guest's expectations of comfort and care. We were offered suite rooms and upgraded in our next consecutive nights!!!

We faced challenges Internet with limited access, when we realized and requested the staff, they were very cooperative and provided unlimited access to the Internet with sufficient bandwidth and resources!!

Excellent service staff are behind the guest Girja and her team for services I had great experience in Marigold,I really liked the buffet breakfast my preferences is half boiled omelette where we can easily get from live counter, there is in lady surviving coffee I feel like Home , rooms are not available on next day reception staff was very friendly and courteous to extend my stay with out de motivation, and the have a Swiming pool it's childrens can enjoy I didn't use but I like the location .I will definitely stay again .

Superb stay at the best hotel in Hyderabad with the best service from the staff. Hotel is well maintained and has a great gym and restaurant. The prices are very reasonable Most importantly I would like to thank the chef luxmikant and waiter ayush for the out of this world service for dinner and breakfast The chef specifically made samosas and a great masala dosa just for us. They keep checking on us and were very friendly and caring. Thanks you made our stay amazing
