Comfy beds, hot shower, quiet (so you get great sleep!...depending who's in your dorm obviously!). Great to have a kitchen so you can make a hot drink and food. Close to metro and walking distance to bus pick up/drop off points.

Maintenance/cleaner guy comes in and out too early e.g. 7.30am to sweep the floor - surely it would make more sense to wait till after check out or at least until most people are awake?! The bathroom bin wasn't emptied for 3 days so stank - had to request this be done.
