Room was good, these are recently refurnished rooms, Buffet breakfast was good and location is in the city center.

Outside food is not allowed and there are limited options for lunch and dinner in house. this needs to be considered before booking.

I like the food and also the taxi service available to roam around the city the taxi company person Rafeeq was very friendly and his driver Abu wss friendly too. The staff were friendly. I definitely recommend and looking forward to stay in future.

Well not more but yes the hot service which we have waste more by keeping the tap open for 10 or 15 mins open so that the hot water can come...otherwise no issues at all.

I had 3 days stay for my business trip. Everything was good.. Food was delicious. Staffs were amicable and attentive. Room was neat and clean. Bed mattress was too comfy. Overall, I had a very nice stay.

Can't open window.. It is permanently fixed.

The rooms are comfortable. Overall ambience of the hotel is very good. The gardens and the swimming pool are well maintained.

Your web site was hacked and we also paid advance to that fake agency. We reported this matter to the travel desk / room reservations of your hotel, but got no response. A simple thing like shoe shine was not available with the house keeping

Calmness in the middle of the city and property surroundings are good , property as such is good but can be better maintained

we booked deluxe room but after check-in we had few issues in the given room, we asked the hotel management to change the room. but good geisture from them. they upgraded our room to suite room as there was one room avaialable. suite room was exceeded our expectations. worth the money. hotel,restraunt, lobby everything was clean. good hospitality by staff. overall very good experience.

deluxe room toilet flush can be cahnged to more usable easy type. it was hard to press like a liver. and most of the time it was not working.:(:(:( room AC went had cigerate smell coming. before check-in when they providethe room they need to check if all the required things are kept available in room. the basic towels in the bathroom was missing and we had to call and ask for it nearly 3 times.:(:( because of all this back to back complaints we had ask the hotel management to change our room.

Everything is excellent, staff, food breakfast, room cleanliness and even location.

Sometime centralized AC in the room not working properly

Serivce given was exceptional , hotel is trying very hard to please their customers and it's our moral duty to support them . Though facilities provided aren't much they are sufficient in the package they provide. No better option than this hotel in this package. Thanks manohar staff for the service Keep Fighting 💪
