Mainly the stay in the room. Breakfast at times was overcrowded, had to wait for a place. The food quality at the Thai Pavilion was reasonably authentic, however there was only 1 wait person for the two occupied tables and not very prompt. The Beer was stale/old, was reported to the supervisor.

Some of the a La Carte items are not good value for money. The check-in and check-out could have been more professional -- lots of staff at the front desks but only 1 person at a time to actually perform check ins or check outs, causing delay. Not sure why there are so many staff at the front and why they ignore a customer right in front of them !

Food was good. The person who attended me was excellent. Iam type 2 diabetic and have a grade 1 fatty liver; the chef curated my dish, added more vegetables with less oil. Thank you to the Vivanta team. That was so very considerate. This I truly consider the hallmark of hospitality. Room is clean. I stayed for 3 days, the day I checked in, the passage had some foul odour but went off soon. Maybe they were cleaning somewhere. Just to let the team small things matter.

The staff is very exceptional everyone is friendly and very accomodating, and also i would like to say thank you soo much to Sudarshan, he help me a lot during my stay, i reach super early in the hotel and he help me too much to make my stay very smoothly, his very kind i enjoy eating my breakfast also because of his help, i like to say thank you also to the staff in the restaurant very good customer sevice you making sure everyone enjoy there food, to all the staff thank you soo much i enjoy staying in vivanta even in a short time the cleanliness is very good inside the room all the things you need already there. Highly recommendable hotel.

Wide Range of items for breakfast and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Wanted to acknowledge the following for their going the extra mile in providing their support and services. 1. Sai Rani - House Keeping 2. Madhavi - Breakfast section. Very helpful on procuring some urgent item from outside that was needed to attend a concert/meeting. 2. Dipika - From the breakfast section 3. H. K. Durrani - Flutist (musician) her performs during the breakfast timings and very soothing music

Excellent service and staff was extremely helpful, polite and well trained. From the first greeting at the entrance to the last greeting it was very impressive. The little gestures from the team were very special and I was highly impressed. Property is great, rooms big and clean. The housekeeping staff was very kind and respected our time. The breakfast team was on their toes and made sure we had a good meal always. Overall service was really good, worth appreciating. Location was very convenient for us to move around in both directions. The view from our room was refreshing. Abhishek at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind and followed up throughout. Thank you team Vivanta Hyderabad Begumpet for such an amazing experience during our stay. Good job!

We were upgraded to a suite by the check-in desk keeping our requirement for extra bed (I forgot the name of the good fellow, but he knows I'm thanking him). Attention to detail by the restaurant staff, esp. Zaki, our host, was super considerate, and Tapasvini was extremely helpful in making us feel at home while having our dinner, our little one was taken care of like family and I've never seen him eat his food so readily. Sahil, while we were checking out earlier, Thanks folks, you know how to take the hospitality to the next level. No wonder Taj is rated best hotel brand. I used to pick Taj over other brand's not knowing full well that Vivanta is also the same brand, but they've now won a friend in me.

Nothing much to call-out. Everything was great, from concierge, to bell-boys, to front desk, everyone worked in synchronous fashion to make our stay comfortable.

I love the Taj chain. Their staff is trained very well and each hotel is a wonderful experience. I’ve stayed at the Begumpet Vivanta several times and the experience has always been great. Breakfast is fabulous. Lunch is great. The room is always clean and comfortable. But better than it all, is the Taj staff. They are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to make one’s stay memorable . Thank you Vivanta!

One very tiny quibble - the salon (run by an independent contractor) could be cleaner. The staff were sweet…but the hygiene was not on par with the hotel.

The breakfast was an exquisite delight. The room was magnificent. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed provided an exceptional level of comfort. The view from the window was captivating, with the Indian flag waving proudly in the distance

The bathroom was subpar, with a loose tap handle for the hand shower/overhead shower, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the shower enclosure contained used shampoo and hair conditioner tubes, which was quite off-putting.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the amenities we needed. The food selection was good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The complimentary fruits in the room was fresh and highly appreciated. Additionally, offering healthier options in the minibar would be good, especially with kids around.

I love all the things about this hotel, however, the hotel arranged transport to/from the airport are a bit expensive.

Location is in central Hyderabad (so it's a bit far from IT corridor, but well connected) Service staff (reception, restaurants, housekeeping etc.) are extremely cordial and ready to assist. There are three on-site restaurants out of which we tried two (Thai pavilion and viva).. Food is nice, but again, service is exemplary. Breakfast spread has many options, with ample seating. Overall, it was a pleasant staycation for our family.
