Good location and comfortable rooms

Front office staff not professional, they don’t provide anything until you follow up back to back. In fact we had go down to take even towel which they supposed to keep it ready to use before check in. They don’t give any tea coffee or water bottles even though it’s mentioned in the room amenities.

recently stayed at OAK property. and it was an amazing experience.from the moment from arived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.The check-in experience was very smooth

Location is at upscale place. All eateries around and babai hotel is just opposite. Hotel is new one and interior is good
