The setting was sublime; the service, excellent. The result: we had the time of our lives. While we were still in the UK, a Taj Falaknuma staff called me to enquire if we were staying at the property for a special occasion. I told her, and did we get looked after for our thirtieth wedding anniversary!! We were treated like royalty and made to feel special at every single opportunity. While we received hospitality of the highest order from all, we would particularly highlight some individuals. Salman who served us by the poolside—very courteous and polite. Saurav who oversaw our meals and hospitality specially at dinner at Ada. Nasr who looked after us many times, each time was fantastic. Santosh was wonderful, helpful and treated us like esteemed guests. He knows his craft well. Chef Arun Reddy was absolutely wonderful. He gave us a rare insight into menu selection and sourcing of ingredients. He went so far as to take a personal interest in organising the menu for our dinner at Ada, and before that, the high tea. We were very impressed by the food at Ada & Celeste under his umbrella. Rao—very pleasant and so very helpful without being asked. Jehangir who met us at the entrance and whose wonderful welcome, and stunning pictures and videos gave us the best start to our stay. Dhanush—who welcomed us at the main palace , checked us in and provided such a useful introduction with information about the palace which really added to our stay. Meraj with his extremely welcoming & pleasant demeanour.

Ambiance is very pleasant and in nature. The breakfast is very good. Provided so many items. We enjoyed the breakfast. Particularly Mr Sudheer made us happy as he pursued with affection. He is very courteous and taken care of us. He deserves appreciation and better prospects. We wish him all the best. During dinner, Mr Anawarul made us happy by taking special care and affection. He also deserves for appreciation. We wish him all the best. In total all the staff, at the room, in restaurant, front desk, at the parking place, transferring us by horse chariot, not only particular staff, all the staff members made our stay memorable. We appreciate the Taj management for such an administration and training the staff. We wish Taj properties all the very best. We thank the Taj properties for making our stay memorable 🙏

You may improve the approach road from the main road to Falaknum Palace.pleasant

I had a wonderful stay at the Palace. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout my visit. The room was quiet and cozy, and the housekeeping was consistently excellent. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future. Plus, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Monica from housekeeping. She was always kind, respectful, and very attentive to details. Every day, I came back to a perfectly clean and organized room, and it truly made a difference in my stay. The location is fabulous with a good view the over all palace is well maintained the horses of the chariot are gorgeously well built and peacocks running around. The main Palace complex is ornamental, decorated and continued with rooms are simple and neat. This lot of open space to walk around and pleasant services provided by the hotel like high tea and live music in the evening, peacock feeding are a few things in spending time in this hotel.

The pool was not maintained as there was rain on the previous day to which a lot of leaves and rubbles had poured in to it,but it was not cleaned even on the next day as we were not able to access it. We faced problems on the day we checked in as it was late in night the palace hotel stops serving proper dinner after 10:00 pm and we ware not allowed to bring in food from outside, travelling with kids having nothing available to order as a proper dinner it was not a pleasant experience

Everything from the entry ride to how they welcome you to how they treat you and the kind of things they do behind the scenes to make you feel special and comfortable is beyond exemplary. Not only do they do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable, they did a couple of things that made my mom feel really special. And that is why, if you’re considering staying here, this place is worth your time and money.

There’s nothing to dislike about this place but I’ll point out what we faced to be transparent. We had an issue with no hot water in our room. We were given a new room for taking bath, free lunch and a bunch of apologies for a small issue that we faced.

Most elements of the stay was really good - Service - Attention to detail on horse carriage, petals, local elements including ikkat design, perfumes, qawwali Curated activities - Palace tour, high tea Facilities - pool, al fresco dining Breakfast was amazing

Food - Apart from breakfast, the food was ordinary. Can have more Hyd/nizam based dishes Directions to the hotel entry - Was tough to find. Easy to get lost in the small roads in old Hyderabad

I absolutely loved the palace. You could easily stay there for three days without ever needing to step outside. The restaurants were fantastic, the rooms were amazing, and the service was truly exceptional. And the spa—oh my God—it was out of this world 🙏🏼🤍

I was disappointed with the reception staff. They were unpleasant and not as cooperative as the rest of the hotel’s incredible team.

While the experience was great, there so little one can do, after the tour there is nothing much left, it gets boring, i wish there were more activities to do apart from the tour and evening songs and the regular gym, spa and pool. I guess you can have a theatrical ambience to show some real movies or documentaries, photo albums, perhaps make it more of a museum type. Things needs to be well preserved at hotel, specially the books. Allow people to explore the library maybe make a digital library to access the books on the shelves.

Liked everything about the palace from room size and comfort to food and complimentary desserts to friendly staff mainly Karishma, Malhar, Parnav, Farhan and Deepak. All were very respectful and helpful. The services provided were excellent by all.

Insects and bugs entering the room whenever we opened the door but still this was taken care of by the staff whenever we needed help.

We had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel during the occasion of my son’s wedding. Everyone we came into contact with, during our 5-night stay, was utterly courteous, kind and helpful. Abdul and the staff at the Adaa restaurant went out of their way to make a dining, celebratory, occasion truly memorable. We praise the hotel manager and his team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel deserves the 5* rating and we highly recommend it.
