Location of the hotel is great, centrally located, with Abids market across the road. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. Fresh Dosa stand was awesome. Tea/Filter coffee was great as well.

Rooms were a little old-style. Front-desk, rooms and restaurant were not in the same building. To access each you might need to get out of each separate buildings.

We had been to the Taj Mahal many years ago and were delighted that in the intervening years the rooms had been renovated and made more comfortable. Years ago there was a more elaborate breakfast menu with fruits, such as fresh papaya, melon etc available. Sadly this was not available anymore.

The staff in the restaurant were somewhat chaotic. Several times they forgot about our orders and had to be reminded again.

The place is absolutely charming. Brings back memories of Hotel Dasaprakash in Madras which was demolished in the early 2000s. The food is absolutely brilliant, and extremely reasonably priced. It is the highlight of the place. Brings back a lot of nostalgia to someone who has seen hotels like Woodlands in Madras and Dasaprakash at their peak. The coffee is brilliant and makes you want more and more. The place has an old school vibe and is warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and the AC cooling was fantastic. Bathroom was super neat and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definitely come and stay there again. It is right in the heart of the city. The best part about it is it is pure vegetarian food. That itself is a crowd puller for most. All in all, terrific value for money as well!

Nothing much. The cabinets and the wardrobes are ancient. Could do with a fresh coat of paint and maintenance. Storage space is a bit less in the room that I stayed in. That room is ok for a solo business traveller or maybe a couple at best but will be too small for a family. This is only a suggestion and not criticism and there is very little about the place that we will not like.

Breakfast and Lunch were awesome, as TMH is famous for South Indian food in the entire state.

The Wi-Fi connection was not good, they had issues due to modem connections and rainfall, the washrooms need to be remodeled and updated, the tabs are very old and on the first day of stay water was not coming because of water tank maintenance, management need to improve. Thanks

Some minor adjustment needed , better WiFi and internet facility . Breakfast need major uplift . Hot water need to be consistent. Clear options regarding 3 guests. Mattress on the floor should not be an option.

Located at prime area and easily accessible to all major attractions in old city. Has good breakfast spread. The restaurant also provides good veg food. Rooms and linen are neat and tidy and spacious for a family of 4 inclusive the extra bed.

The hotel staff could be more cooperative and service oriented. Had to repeatedly ask for complimentary water bottles and other amenities

Friendly staff that responds to questions. Local food is good and tastes well.

the voucher system for WiFi is sometimes not so easy, but once data are entered, it works well.

Good with the amount we spending. Choose this if you have a plan to visit parks, lake, statue, charminar, birla museum and birla temple. Because all are near and about in 4 kms range. Also have a nearby bus stop for ramoji city visit. Not a good choice if you have a plan to stay in room for long time with kids. The receptionist was very helpful.

Room service needs to be better. Daily cleaning is required.

Location of the hotel is amazing, it is very close to the city centre Auto stand is located right outside the hotel The hotel is housed in a old building, which gives it a very authentic, old city vibe Restaurant was good, room service was adequately quick

Rooms and especially the bathroom could be upgraded with modern fittings
