The location is very good as its very near to railway station and other sightseeing places. Liked the variety in complementary breakfast and the fresh food. The staffs were very helping and well behaved. They provided free early check in

The room provided 1st day didn't have any natural light source. It was dark and cold. The amenities provided in room like wardrobe, washroom door, drawers looked very old and near to broken. According to the charges, these things should be maintained well.

The location was perfect. And very near to all prime areas. I had come with my husband to attend a wedding which was very near to the hotel so that was good.

The front desk was very weird and constantly kept asking for proof of marriage. We had to call home and get a photo of our marriage certificate. In this day and age they wanted me to change my surname on all documents to prove that I am married. That was a huge turn off while checking in. Also the breakfast was very average.

I had a wonderful stay at treebo Premium Metropolis. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

I had stayed there in September 2023 and now again in December 2023. The last time I had got breakfast free, This time, though I had clicked that option of adding breakfast, it did not come through, (It could be a fault of the website of Booking.com The cleanliness was less as the staff doesn't clean properly before letting out the room to the new guest.

Wifi didn't work ,always it showed network connectivity of other room no. When asked reception they said select any room no. And enter the password which is send on mobile ,but even that didn't work and didn't feel safe
