The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Toilet size, Toilet door fungal looks very bad, dirty bucket and mug, there is only one mug for bath and use for toilet.

You and The Hotel person both are Cheaters. I booked the hotel and when I reach at hotel with my family and friends (30 Peoples) you denied for booking and saying that booking was automatically cancelled. Nobody informed me I haven't received any email. Very bad experience.

Nothing great about this property. One of the worst stay I ever had in my life.

One of the worst stay I had ever in my whole life time. Fan was not working at all and same was informed to staff but they are not willing to change the room. I have books triple room but they gave single bed with very pathetic facilities. I did not sleep not even one hour and I will not recommend this facility for anyone.

The stay is totally unpleasant because almost throughout the night, the hotel staff is talking. I have asked to be quiet but no use as my train is in the morning at 5 am. I thought I could take a rest but not because of disturbance . Cleanliness in the room is very bad.

Such a worst hotel.. dont book ... there is no inverter.. i was suffered last night without electricity
