Bath towels need replacement as it looks bit old They have to have big stepins in the Bathroom They should provide screen in the shower

Reasonable spread. Location is ok. Senior staff was very accommodative.

Very old property. Not much done to maintain. Chipped floor, old furniture, unclean wall in the bathroom, housekeeping not properly supervised, and so on. No proper platform at the wash basin. There is one, but too small. Housekeeping did not bother to check whether essential things required in the bathroom were replenished or not. There was no body wash in the dispenser. The Senior Manager was very responsive when I gave my feedback and explained that they had taken up renovation of rooms. Also, he immediately acted in response to my feedback. My feeling was that it is no value for money.

All staffs were polite, smile and co-operative. Never hesitated for any request. Always welcomed with a smile, including the restaurant staff. Room service is very fast and good preparations. Good value for money.

Routine maintenance seems to be lacking as shower s are not having full flow. Storing some old furnitures below the stair case.

Location - easy to commute. Major siteseeing and shopping closeby. Clean rooms and good roomservice.

Time to replace old and worn out furniture. Reception area needs a facelift. Old iron sofa sets needs to go. Give an old feelto the place

Stayed there 4 days. Good spacious rooms, Ececutive twin bedded rooms, wash area is clean, 3 tables, sofa and chair. Optional buffet break fast excellent , and unlimited, option of ala carta as per choice. The attached veg restaurant is also very good. Tour help provided. Value for money if booked through booking.com or similar .

In the first floor, corridoor has a dirty looking mat, appears dusty. It has to be changed. Other floors ok , I think. Less space for cloth hanging. Please provide cloth stand or hooks.

The food is exceptional and the staff are very courteous

The only thing I didn't like much was the bathroom which is very old and hence needs some better maintenance.

The room is spacious and the bed is nice. You get a desk and chair which is quite useful. Overall it's a nice place to be for one person a even a small family.

The AC was not powerful enough to cool down the room, however, it did maintain a normal room temp, just not cold enough for me to sleep. The bathroom was good but the flush was not powerful enough. The lighting in the hotel and the room felt quite dim.

Breakfast ws excellent and front office staff Swathi was cooperative and dynamic.

We have to ask for every room.service then we got it. Eg. Fridge wa not working Toiletries were not kept etc.

Perfect for individuals who want dietory food. The service was perfect and prompt.
