Loved the location, conveniently located near the bus station and in walking distance to Metro. Loved the rooms and the pool - which was much needed after a day sight seeing.

The expectation to tip and lingering staff as they waited for a tip. Whilst at the pool one afternoon we ordered two ice teas and was expected to tip - this came to 5000 rupees. Instead the hotel should allow you to charge it to your room and pay at the end, as you would not only spend more but removes that awkward expectation. Also made to tip the guy who brought our luggage to our room dispite picking our bags up and being told to place them down by the manager - just feels like they want your money! ooh and the coffee was awful! Please invest in better coffee it makes all the difference

The pool was a lovely bonus after a day exploring the city in the heat. The hotel was perfectly positioned at just a leisurely five minute walk from the metro and bus station, but set back just enough to be peaceful. Rooms are a great size and are very comfortable, the shower was great. We ate dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and the food was beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Our room was on the ground floor with big windows, but we had to have the curtains closed at all times as the dining area was in the courtyard outside our window and everyone could see in. A small price to pay.

This was by far one of the best hotels we’ve experienced in India. The location is very central but 2 blocks off the main street so that behind its gates you enter peaceful serenity. The room is large with a very comfy bed, plenty of storage space, fans and ac, a table to write and work at as well as a love seat. The bathroom is well equipped with an excellent protected shower, two sinks, and toiletries that compete well with my own from home. The daily cleaning is excellent. Fresh absorbent towels every day, additional toilet paper, and a well made bed. The food is quite tasty. Best to stick with the Indian food but their eggs in the morning are excellent. The staff is beyond wonderful. Efficient, pleasant, helpful, and good at what they do. The pool is refreshing and cleaned continuously during the day. Try their gin and tonics - perfectly blended!

Dera Rawatsar is the place to stay if you are in Jaipur. This is a heritage house with a long history. The decor of the house and room were tastefully done. The bed was super kingsize and was very comfortable. We slept very well for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, right from the security guard to the cook. The breakfast was great with masala chai or latte. The location is behind a very busy road, so it is very quiet. There is a small pool good enough to dip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this small heritage hotel.

I came Jaipur to show it to my mum for first time that’s why I choose this beautiful hotel with Rajasthani vibe. And when we came manager upgrade our room to super luxe, my mum and me were so happy to see our amazing room. Here is no need words, just look at pictures. Stuff was super friendly and care about us. Breakfast every day was same, but everything what you need you can find: fruits, eggs, toast, both Indian and English breakfast available. All territory was super clean. And what I like most that foreigner girl in swimming bikini can feel comfortable there and enjoy swimming pool, nobody stare and watch you as we usually see in India. Thank you for that. Will back definitely!

Maybe sounds of bus stand was just next, but this is not hotel mistake..

EVERYTHING. I love everything about this hotel, the room, the staff, the food. It's located in a rather quiet area of the city, and it feels peaceful and safe here. It's around 10 mins drive away from the Pink City. Our room comes with a balcony, which is very chill and relaxing. The thing I love the most is the staff here, everyone is so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with warm help, and always ready to help. The food they make is also good, home made and authentic. I can't recommend this place enough for people visiting Jaipur.

Had an amazing stay! The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast/lunch/dinner was safe for international customers, which was our biggest concern coming to India. Lots of bottle water provided or available every day. It felt very safe despite the chaos of the city of Jaipur. About the complains of warm water, we did have to leave the faucet/shower running for about 1 minute before getting hot water, but it was fine after that. We also visited during the winter time which would have made the warm water problem harder. We loved the stay, and will definitely come back!

The noise in the morning around 6AM might bother some people. During the time we stayed, there used to be something like a loud prayer somewhere nearby (outside the hotel). It lasted about 10-15min. We didn’t mind it though, and we heard many complains similar to that from all our friends who stayed at different hotels in Jaipur

The hotel is good value of money and not far from some of the main attractions in the city. The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is unique and beautiful. The hotel is on a side street off the busy main street. It’s quite at night without hearing noise from the main street.

It would be good for the hotel to implement some quiet policy after 10pm. My room is next to the courtyard, and there was a group of guests talking in the courtyard even past 10pm till around 10:40pm. It was quite loud since they just sit next to my windows, and I was not able to fall asleep. I had to call the front desk multiple times to get it resolved.

The room was really nicely decorated, as was the entire hotel. I loved the heritage hotel style, and the overall vibe of the hotel. It felt like a cute and peaceful oasis in busy jaipur. Its a perfect getaway in the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was really nice, and the restaurant on site is quite good for a quiet dinner or afternoon snack/sandwich. Extra points for the friendly staff!

The hotel is closeby the bus station (directly behind it). There is quite some honking and sound coming from that place, so if you are expecting a totally quiet nights rest, this hotel might not be for you. The sounds go on till late at night, and start in the early morning, so if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is facing the other side of the hotel.

Dera Rawatsar - Heritage Hotel was a lovely place for a quick 3 night cultural/sightseeing trip from our main holiday in Goa. The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, their attention to detail was amazing. The food was excellent and there was also a small pool which was nice but cold, when we visited in early January. The hotel was an extremely welcome calm amidst the madness of Jaipur!
