It was good stay but it is surrounded by local bus stop and shops which is good. Room door was slightly broken , a/c was not able to cool entire room as we had big one but we managed. Staff was friendly a d helpful. Breakfast was good. I would like to revisit if rates are on fair side. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room and bathroom were both clean, hot water available 24/7 and the amenities were just what was needed. I appreciated the fast, reliable internet connection, and the beds were also very comfy. The hotel is also in a quiet neighbourhood, so we could rest well. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, which had a great atmosphere and daily traditional shows. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff was attentive and polite. Any kind of queries we had were immediately addressed to meet our expectations. We didn’t try breakfast, but from the outside, it looked diverse, and other guests seemed to enjoy it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I totally recommend it.

Lovely spacious room, decorated nicely and with big comfy beds. Food was good and reasonably priced. We made use of the pool which is small but nice to relax in.

We had tried to arrange the free pick up from the train station but hadn’t received any instructions when we arrived and couldn’t find whoever was supposed to be picking us up. We got harassed by many tuk tuk drivers outside of the station whilst trying to figure this out and as a female I felt very overwhelmed and unsafe. We ended up having to get a tuk tuk to the hotel which was fine but could have been avoided. Staff were not helpful when we asked if they could help book train tickets for us as well, this has never been a problem anywhere else we have stayed.

The pool was often partly in shadow. The evening show was interesting in the first night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the doormen. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The pool was very cool, but this was good, so you did not stay too long and had the opportunity to put more sun lotion on your skin, which was urgently needed as the UV index was extreme at the time of our stay. The hotel is situated in a less loud and wealthy location. And everything was easy to reach with a tuk tuk. You should choose this location and not a location in the centre!

I share the opinion of a previous guest, that you have to pay for every single extra service. The evening show was very loud and after each part of the show, the guests were asked to give a tip or to buy something. The laundry service was good, afterwards the white shirt of my husband was finally white again.

Staff were lovely - both on reception and around the hotel, in the bar and restaurant. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop restaurant was great with Rajastani dancers and puppet show included. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Location was good being near to the centre of the old town but in a nice quiet street,

My husband needed to see a doctor and the reception could only tell me of a nearby hospital. Luckily the tuk tuk driver based outside was able to take us to a doctor and my husband got great treatment. The swimming pool was too cold as it was January/ February ( not the hotel's fault!). It would have been nice if the rooftop terrace could be used during the day and early evening as seating was limited around the pool and the lobby was not designed for spending much time in. We were not aware of the cleaning of rooms system - we may have not heard properly when we arrived so we didn't get our room cleaned the first day.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and bed very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool area but had a look and it looked nice and clean. Restaurant for evening meal was very nice with a great variety of food.

We didn’t like the evening entertainment. While we were trying to eat, the performers would ask you to get up and dance. They also stand after performing holding money waiting for people to tip them. It was a very awkward silence. If people tipped, the guys on the drums would start clapping. One of the guys from the entertainment even offering to sell the puppets. We had to say no 3 times before he left us alone. We ate in the hotel restaurant to avoid being harassed so we were really disappointed. We would have rated the hotel a 9 if the entertainment didn’t beg for tips.

A great hotel, offers quite luxurious insides, especially when you come in. The rooms were nice, clean, there was water prepared for you, also a small letter to welcome you with all the needed information. Delicious cheap meals in the restaurant, the portions were huge. You can eat either on the rooftop restaurant or inside. The breakfast in the style all you can eat looked very good, we could not eat it as we were so full from the dinner. Swimming pool a bit small but enough for you to relax. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A great price! And a nice location.

In one room the airconditioning was not working but the hotel staff relocated us into another room (even giving us an upgrade).

A clean and comfortable hotel in a good area of Jaipur. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar/pool area. The room was a decent size but having to use a padlock to secure the room was at times difficult. I noticed that other floors had an electronic key card.

As above re key. Pillows were very high and were all the same size. Toilet tissue rolls were very thin and didn't last long but this seems to be a common theme in India. We had dinner at the restaurant or evening and didn't realise the simple pasta dish would be so spicy. Also, the waiter seemed to hover around our table quite a bit which didn't allow us to relax and enjoy the dinner.

This is an excellent property with amazing views and a great staff. The level of hospitality was unmatched. They were always accommodating and energetic, regardless of the time of day or the request. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, and the food and entertainment were excellent. We were always excited to return to the hotel for meals because their food was so good. They had blazing-fast internet, which was great when trying to download some content to keep my infant busy during the day-long sightseeing trips. It was close to the excellent local market.

Given the size of their lunch and dinner options, the breakfast buffet was lacking in options, but the breakfast options they did have were quite delicious. The liquor selection was very small and pricy, but that made sense given that it is a boutique hotel.
