This hotel provides an extraordinary ambience with selective articles of Rajasthani heritage. All the furniture & other articles bear the old glamer heritage. House rooms are well metained,clean & coloured uptodate. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

One most essential requirement missing in this hotel is the absence of an exhaust fan in the toilet. This is very much required in the toilet to avoid filthy stinch spreading in the rooms.

Vimal is a very kind and generous host. He and his father picked us up at the airport and settled us into our room which was very comfortable and had easy access to the top balcony that has wonderful views from inside the fort. Vimal gave us a tour of the fort and set us up for a good self guided tour of the interesting palace. The breakfasts we enjoyed were delicious and included omelette with lots of toast and jam plus fresh orange juice and lots of fresh bananas and oranges all while enjoying the views from the patio. We feel that we learned more about Hindu culture and faith from Vimal then we have learned anywhere else in India. We will definitely be encouraging our family and friends to visit Vimal and enjoy this unique experience.

Location is convenient. It is inside fort and if you realise, it is one of its kind experience. Staff is great, they get you auto aur taxi available. They take care of your luggage too. Rates are budget friendly too.

Rooms are not too spacious but manageable.

Our stay at hotel Shahi Garh was only for a day. Hotel location is right in the heart of Fort city. If you want to experience the true living of fort city, without any thought go for Shahi Garh. Rooms are clean, hotel is cozy and breakfast is made to order and that Indori poha is really sumptuous. Rightly mentioned at their reception, "You come here as strangers and make relationship for a life time". The owner Vimalji really goes that extra miles and way beyond to keep the statement above true. He is really a gem of a person. Have helped us not just with guidance or just by a letting us checkout late, But till the extend 1) Coming to pick and drop us at the car parking 2) while we were out of city tour, he personally made our luggage transfered in our car at the fort car parking. 3) After our checkout, while we were returning from safari to station, suppose to travel back home. Thus I requested him for if he can provide food packets at staion And the ultimate service and a really a example of a friend, he did it immediately without hesitation with utmost care and love. Mind blowing hospitality.

Great location hotel, Vimal is and excellent host and is always happy to help with any question you may have. The rooms were clean and fresh, as were the bathrooms. The rooftop makes for a peaceful escape from the busy city. We came back from a desert safari in the evening and the team made sure the water was heated enough so that all 4 of us could have a hot shower - which was highly appreciated! Would highly recommend

Staff was very supportive and helpful, we reached early 4.00am at fort and care taker came to show us to the exact place. stay was very comfortable and location was inside the fort premises, cleanliness was good and city view was amazing from roof top. Hotel staff helped us in keeping our luggage back to the car.

Everything was good except car couldn't be parked in the property but it was only 300 metres from parking place.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have laundry service and can also store your luggage while you do the desert safari overnight. I really enjoyed having breakfast at the rooftop. I had a good stay here.

The staff was always pending on any needs I might have. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. The restaurant at the roof top has a very nice view and the food was really good. I really enjoyed my stay here :)

Everything! The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the fort. There is a rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast or just chill. The rooms are even better in person. The staff were so helpful and friendly as well. I would 100% recommend staying here. This is also the first place I have stayed in a while where I could get hot water to shower, so very grateful for that!
