We recently stayed at Niraamaya Retreats as a group of 7 adults, and the experience was truly outstanding. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The service was impeccable — every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The food was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared with great variety to suit all our tastes. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we would highly recommend Niraamaya Retreats to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and relaxation!

I've travelled across India and explored various resorts across the length and breadth of the country. The level of hospitality one finds at Niraamaya, Kannur, I must say, is unparalleled. We were here last week for my mom's birthday. We stayed here for four days. And we couldn't have found a better place for the occasion. The property per se is pretty well kept and is a sprawling complex of boarding and recreational facilities. They also offer rejuvenation programmes administered by qualified doctors and have a dedicated spa as well as a wellness studio. The best part of Niraamaya though is that right from the staff at the reception - Anuraj, Shamil, Sanya, Sourav, and Harishma and to the staff at the restaurant - Akshay, Bibin, Antony, Aneesha, and Francis, to the staff from housekeeping to the staff keeping the gate - their ONLY agenda seems to ensure one gets a smooth and a comfortable stay. The more one talks to the staff, the more one understands both how passionate they are in their chosen field and how well the management takes care of them. In our case, for example, we hadn't even informed them earlier that we were coming here for an elderly person's birthday. But the moment the team got to know about it, they went above and beyond to ensure there was a flower decoration, there was a delicious payasam served as a surprise to us, etc. Thank you team for helping us unwind and have a wonderful time.

Rooms and surroundings. The kitchen staff especially Jithin was helpful..

The Buggy transport was not working,luckily we came with our car and moved around within. Needs to fix the elders handle in the bathroom

It was well maintained, clean and had basic amenities.

Staff in the dining area were limited. It could have been managed more efficiently. There were no floating toys in the pool, could have provided some for fun.

The property is fabulous. Well spread out and scenic.

Restaurant and food was much below standard. Buffet wad poor and seemed like an attempt on cost cutting. I had booked a pool villa with a leaky pool with poorcleanliness. Pls avoid pool villas.

Staff was a bit irresponsible. We requested house keeping dept in Morning to preparing our room which they didn't do even by evening.
