The front desk staff, especially the lady, was a gem. They kindly gave us late check out, which we really needed.

1. The dining area staff can be more friendly. We were a group with 9 senior citizens. They refused to serve buffet items at the table when requested. It was only much later they became pro active. 2. Please keep the non- veg curries together in a designated area. The chicken curry was kept in the same split container as the parotta. So we could not eat it. Even though we as vegetarians paid the full amount. 3. Please increase the water bottles in the room. 4. No hot water for early morning showers.

Food was good. Everything we ordered was delicious. The room was good sized, and well appointed. Housekeeping service was prompt. The location of the hotel is excellent. Lots of shops just outside as well. Overall a very good stay.

Breakfast was reasonable with a few good options. But can be much better. Our room price did not include breakfast, which was needless inconvience. They dont have any live counter. Could have at least omlette and dosa. They missed cleaning our room on the second day, because we had asked them to not clean on the first day. That was a bit of poor experience.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff with free, easy parking. Good air conditioning and hot shower. Very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay at Magnet Hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and nice, also comfortable. It was worth the price. The restaurant is good too, the meals were tasty for us (first time visiters in India). The crew in reception are very helpful, they give us the right informations and travel destinations to check. All in all it was a very good experience, thank you for everything. :)

Very warm and helpful staff especially the lady at the reception. They accommodated my early checkin without any hitch and also arranged breakfast earlier than the usual time as per the exam schedule for my daughter which was a huge help for me. The hotel also arranged taxi service which was fairly priced. Location and food was also good, service overall is very good.

Above the suite room booked it was the banquet hall hence there was pounding noises and tables being arranged etc noises which was very much disturbing There is also a bar attached to the hotel and open to all. Eventhough the entry is different in case you want to just walk around outside the lobby in the evening it is not advised especially for family

Location, Parking, Restaurant ambience

Exit signs marked are actually emergency exit only and points away from the actual Lifts / Elevators causing a slight confusion. There is no clear sign marked for Lifts / Elevators. This can be rectified. Also, used plate clearance within 15-30 mins from hallways is not observed, plates remained at the same spot overnight.

The Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Ac was good. Excellent staff, especially Saritha who helped us a lot. There was an issue with hair dryer immediately they fixed. All the staff were very approachable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Ample space for parking. Though it was slightly far from the city, but it was worth staying there. Overall it's safe, comfort and pleasant stay

Shower in the evening was good hot, however in the morning shower water was luke warm did not enjoyed. Could manament take up this little serious would be a cherry on the top (added advantage)

Excellent location, one of the best options available in Kannur.

Compared to my earlier visits, the furnitures and few markings on the wall started showing a bit of age for property. But still compared to rest of the options best in the location.

In the heart of Cannur but set back of from the road, so it was peaceful and quiet. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The restaurant food - was excellent.

Really well done rooms, clean, with good quality furnishings and amenities. It was a sweet surprise to find a room of its kind in an affordable price range.

Two little things: 1. If you want to take a midnight or late night shower, the solar water heater won't produce hot enough water, especially in the cold season. 2. The pillows were a bit hard, but that's totally up to an individual's comfort. It was hard for my expectations.
