This booking was a birthday present for my parents. They felt looked after well. They enjoyed their stay and they liked the food. They found the surroundings delightful and rooms clean. Couple of points : the menu was on an app which needs to be downloaded. For the less tech savvy, this could be a real challenge. My parents found it challenging. Also, I booked it online for my parents and assumed my card would be charged. But I had to make a manual transfer as they could not charge my card. Slight inconvenience. I personally wasn't there to rate the property from a first hand experience pov but my parents loved the place, the surroundings and had a great time. They liked the staff a lot. Special mention to Prem, who was very helpful and patient. Also to Ruchira in reservations who answered all my questions patiently.

Nothing in particular. I would like to extend some suggestions though. Tip for management: Introduce a set menu option that can be purchased with the booking which can be prepaid by someone wanting to give an 'all inclusive ' gift to family & friends. Also if car rental is made available for people leaving the resort on pre agreed prices, it might help guests without their own vehicle. It was difficult to get a Ola/Uber or rickshaw ride. Once who were willing, asked for extortionate rates.

Property is excellent just like picture perfect. Very well maintained. Pool is awesome 2 lawns are maintained like a luxh green garden. Recently developed Riverfront is too good to relax during sunset. Spa is very good with highly professional staff. Restaurant ambience is well designed however little of less capacity but the view of river from top to bottom glass window is amazing. Over all rating 8 out of 10 :)

Housekeeping service was poor, need to call 3 times. Family Room was spacious with adequate AC, But the common balcony of family rooms were cleaned for 2/3 days. Geysers in the family room are if very less capacity, therefore not providing enough water temp, was almost ambient temp. Family rooms were far from reception and there was no intercom in the room, So had to call on personal mobile of the staff everytime. There was no change of bedsheet during our entire stay of 3 days, although booked for expensive room. Lack of coordination from Reception, room service etc.

At first we were totally unhappy with the place and then it was Mr Subodh and Mr Naveen who really turned things around.. they made us feel so at ease . They hosted us so well and were always available if we needed anything ..there was always a smile on both their faces and they made us feel very comfortable. These are the small things that matter like a smile on one's face a thank you, a welcome . These are small things but leave an everlasting impact. Would suggest that if you are staying at this resort get in touch with Naveen and Subiodh

Nice resort with good amenities. However it is little pricy.

Rate. The room rates are high on weekdays as well.

Lovely location. The staff was very helpful and well behaved. Food was delish.

Food pricing was a little higher but no complaint about the quality.

Breakfast was excellent and very delicious. Location of the Restaurant is fantastic

Room Service for Tea not available. Tea Kettle is needed in the room. Intercom phone was also not working.

Very courteous staff . Swiming pool @phase 2 was good. Spa was good with excellent masseurs. Buggy facilities for phase 1 and 2.

Deluxe rooms are small with no facilities for a mini refrigerator. Room 201 WC towel stand off the wall with the hazard of falling and injuring guests suggest to be repaired . Frequent power failure however generators start immediately. No bar facilities available at the moment.

The ambience, the facilities, and the very friendly and helpful staff.

The complimentary breakfast dishes' quality was not upto the standard. The breakfast could do with serious improvement. Also a small kettle in the rooms would be a good idea.
