FOOD IS A BIT EXPENSIVE , BUT QUALITY AND TASTE OF FOOD IS GREAT . LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING , PROPERTY IS ALSO VERY WELL MAINTAINED .

ONLY ONE THING WAS VERY MUCH BOTHERING , WHENEVER YOU ORDER THE FOOD , THEY WANT IMMEDIATE PAYMENT , WE ORDERED LUNCH IN ROOM , PAYMENT WAS DONE THROUGH GPAY , EVEN THOUGH AFTER THESE THE CAFE PERSON CALLED ON LANDLINE AT 12 PM IN THE NIGHT , AS THEY WANTED PIC OF THE GPAY TO MAKE SURE PAYMENT WAS DONE , I MEAN THESE COULD HAVE BEEN CLEARED OUT IN THE MORNING , WHAT IS THE NNED TO CALL AT 12 IN THE NIGHT FOR THESE . THESE WAS VERY DIS APPOINTING .

Food too much expensive.. a watermelon juice was 300. There was this one staff member with a transparent specks on his face at the food/canteen billing counter, is a bit short...was rude 2-3 times with me, he would skip me to answer any girl/women that walks up to the billing counter.. seems like he has been kept there just to serve, help and answer women

Restaurant is good, location, view and all the items are above average.

Please don’t charge for water at restaurant! It’s your monopoly, every guest is eating there only. At least be human and don’t ask guests to pay for water after having food. My friend had hiccups and ask for a sip of water, short guy with specs at reception still asked that you have to buy bottled water. Cmon man, 25-30 rupees won’t make you Adani, don’t stop being human.

I had an amazing stay at Zostel Plus Lonavala as a solo female traveler! The hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. The female dorms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options. But what truly made my stay stand out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. As a solo female traveler, I'm often cautious about where I stay, but Zostel Plus Lonavala truly felt like a home away from home. Highly, highly recommended!

2 Points. 1. Add more of South Indian dishes to the menu. Specially for the breakfast. 2. Please repair internal road from the main gate to the entry gate.

The location is spectacular. The serene lake view is peaceful and brings happiness (i.e, if you travel avoiding the weekends, since they are little noisy as this place is meant for young crowd more). I went there with my 75 yrs old father and we picked weekdays, so it was just what we needed. No noise, no parties, just meditate, read books and enjoy the quiet and beauty of the nature. Food is fantastic (Poha, Pasta, Palak Daal are few we loved the most). The staff is polite and great at listening your needs. Even the desserts (Gulab jamun and Rabdi, shahi tukda) were to die for. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and great wifi connectivity. Just the approach road is pretty bad, hopefully it gets fixed in due course of time.

Loved the view, the peace, the hospitality, the cleanliness, indoor games, swimming pool, the cafeteria, movie night, bonfire, and the fact that the host made sure everyone gets along while planning the fun activities. Absolutely loved the time we had at the bonfire, singing our hearts out. We have already recommended the property to few of our near and dear ones who’ll be visiting soon! The stay was an absolute delight. A big thanks to the staff as well as the host (Prerna & Rohit) for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Will surely take time to get over these memorable two days. Would love to visit again soon!

Wow. The property is just wow. And people around are great. I have a 2 day itinerary prepared to roam around lonavala but I haven’t stepped out of the property gate even once in my 2 days stay. Just check in , eat decent food, play TT , enjoy sunset and breath taking view of pawna lake and most importantly late or full night conversations with folks. Unforgettable experience

The connectivity to this property is way expensive. Its 12km from Lonavala and it starts with 600rs to travel to this property if ur using public transport to reach lonavala.

Wow is the word for this place! Everything was great beyond expectations, the view, vibe, music, activities, staff, food all were amazing. They served great food and drinks. Pool was also nice. And kayaking and the trek, were the best activities I did, that were organised by them.

Only thing uncomfortable for me was sleeping but it was only me, due to the mould on pillows, bed and ventilation could have helped but the windows had to be closed to avoid mosquitoes and air conditioning. This was only me though, as other dorm mates didn’t have any issues with that.

- the ambience,the vibe & the decor was outstanding. - You have The entire goddamn "PAWNA LAKE" to yourself....omg!!! - the food....superrrrr se bhi uparrrrrrr - the owner's (i guess) german shepherd dog ;P - although extremely remote yet the soothing,peaceful atmosphere.

"the location" it is at the tip of lonavla, extremely hard to locate and absolutely no uber, no ola, no cab drivers agree to go there unless you shell out some extra extra extra money. When enquired about local cab drivers, they demanded 4k to 5k one way from lonavla to kalyan itself, with toll tax extra. I recommend you to come with your own car/two wheeler instead of depending on any cab (which i did apparently)

The views of the lake is mind blowing., The set up, the room set up & maintenance and the vibe was generally good. Lots of nooks and common areas to just chill out. The location is away from the hustle & bustle of Lonavala - which has its pros and cons. Fine if you have your own vehicle.

Avoid if you do not have your own vehicle as the property is located quite some distance from town on a very bad road. Rickshaws will not accept less that 700 for a one way ride from town which takes over half an hour. Also, with no other cafes within walking distance, and rickshaws charging a bomb, you will be forced to eat the very average and slightly expensive food. Wifi & phone network was patchy
