Overall it was a pleasant stay at the meritas countryside resort. We were travelling with our family and all our comforts were taken care off. Breakfast was good however, they can improvise on the spread for e.g. no live counter items were available in veg option which could have been made available.

Bathroom's size is a bit cramped which could have been a lil better. Property is good and has almost all the amenities that you require however, there is not much open space in the propery to walk around.

The superior room, breakfast which had a very good Indian veg spread. The game zone was real stress buster. The reception lady Ms Anjali was kind enough to help guide on sight seeing locations.

Asking advance payment which I paid a token amount and asking the balance in advance during check in. But finally agreed to take payment during check out. The TV channels and smart TV didn't work all for the duration of stay

We had a good experience at this resort. Almost everything was good. Enough options were there for the breakfast. Food quality was also great. One thing that really standout for us was the swimming pool and kids playing area.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a view from the hotel room. Apart from this, everything was quite good.

Overall a very good place, ambience. Friendly and healthy environment around Amazing staff and very kind & polite, very good hospitality overall. Food was amazing, we tried many things over the lunch and dinner a very good quality and very tasty

The hotel is located near the old Mumbai - Pune highway and is a perfect place for a weekend getaway. There is ample parking place for cars. The swimming pool is nice. The rooms are spacious with all facilities like tea-coffee etc. The breakfast spread was just fabulous. It had all the items that both adults, as well as kids, would love.

I had to pay 50% room rent in advance 2 days before check-in. This was not mentioned in www.booking.com while the booking

We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel which is located in a quiet place within Lonavala. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Amit Tripathi who helped us with our luggage as we were all senior citizens. The food and service at the restaurant were above par. The hotel has a good entertainment room with pool table, table tennis, PS4 play station, foosball table, carrom, etc

Only glitch was the additional charges of 20% paid for avoiding a room change for the second day. Apparently room booked was Deluxe category but hotel put us up in Classic the first day due to shortage of Deluxe rooms. IMPORTANT - Please book rooms inclusive of breakfast.

This resort is a perfect getaway in Lonavala. Situated at a central location in Lonavala, it's close to the railway station and the bus stop. It's very well maintained and provided with all good amenities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi and a play area. The resort is well maintained and will be worth the cost. The food preparation is also very good and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this place if you're planning for a stay in Lonavala.

1. Please do not mandate Nylon clothing inside pool. Many women are not comfortable wearing swimwear 2. There's some construction going on just beside the resort, so it was very noisy since the morning
