The Orchid Lonavla is a total value for money. It is situated at the Old Mum-Pune Road & is very easy to locate. The staff is courteous & friendly. The room was spacious & very clean. Full marks on the hygiene. Washroom was 10/10. They have a small swimming pool which can be good for kids & non swimmers. We had ordered dinner in the room & we loved the food. We absolutely loved the entire breakfast spread. Good food & well designed menu. There is an Ovenfresh outlet very near to the hotel & one can pick up excellent fresh bakery items there. Mapro Garden is also 2 min away from the hotel.

Welcome with a smile, smooth check-in, and prompt baggage delivery. Excellent food - every item tasty and at right temperature, efficient and prompt service. Spacious, well-appointed room, comfortable bed and seating, all items provided as stated in the app. Wide choice of channels on TV. Special mention : Soma Paul, Ganesh, and the trainee at Reception and Jasomin and Siddhi in the Restaurant. Extra special mention : Amit - whether solo at Cafe or as part of team in Restaurant, always smiling, caring, and offering suggestions.

The pool was too cold for my health. It needs access to sunlight.

Nothing much, it is ok. One thing is it has a restaurant attached. They prepare good snacks.

It doesn’t have good amenities in children’s game zone. They don’t even give you a welcome drink. Pool is outdoor which is not operational during rainy seasons. This is not worth for the price.

Bit overpriced Outside food delivery is not allowed...swiggy zomato should be allowed at least up to the gate. We can't eat what the hotel decides for their restaurant business strategy.

Everything was perfect. Good Breakfast and Dinner is absolutely marvelous. Restaurant staff was very cooperative. Specially Robin and Restaurant manager. Chef’s has cooked great meals and test was amazing. Overall good hotel stayed.

Overall a good hotel with necessary amenities in place. Pool is on the ground floor, clean and covered. Play area for kids has a functional pool table and table tennis, the foosball and air hockey are miniature versions, it’s in the basement . The rooms and bathrooms are clean, towels are clean, hand towel are available on request. Staff is helpful and prompt service. Restaurant Boulevard is having buffet and ala crate options with good taste, breakfast menu was good too.

Cleanliness, very good room and interiors, facilities. Supportive staff. Good food. Gaming zone had necessary entertainment.

Swimming pool is too small. It’s like a private pool of a bungalow, instead of resort. However it was well maintained and clean.

The property is excellent. The location, stuffs, cleanness everything is excellent. Stuffs are super helpful. Food was delicious. Basiran from restaurant and Sujit and Sabir Alam from housekeeping they are excellent. I am very pleased about their services. Make sure rewards should give to them for their excellent services. I loved it. Overall experience was wonderful.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. The restaurants were also a good place for having lunch or dinner. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 3.

The swimming pool was smaller compared to other properties I have stayed.
