Room sizes, washrooms, beds and facilities were great. Recreationally, there's a fair bit to do - swim, a make-do basketball court, badminton, table tennis, pool, a mini rock-climbing wall. Our rooms were on ground level, and we enjoyed the rains and greenery in, sitting indoors. In room dining was good too. Although the property is fairly small and compact, it has everything you need, is just off the highway and at walking distance from the city restaurants and shops.

The property doesn't have much of a view looking out to the landscapes of Lonavala, which would have been nice. However, the property itself is great for a break and offers a lot of comfort. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The spread was great and everything looked good but lacked taste and quality.

I went to Rhythm with my elderly parents and young kids. The hotel perfectly catered to the needs of both my parents and kids.The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a veranda with pool side view were you could sit and enjoy the outdoors on rainy days. The play area had games that all of us enjoyed. It was a perfect place for the kids to enjoy activities with the grandparents. The food served during breakfast, lunch and dinner has a lot of variety and the staff always happy to accommodate any special requests. The staff in all areas were very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay not only comfortable but memorable. Thanks to everyone at Rhythm for making our stay wonderful.

Rhythm Lonavala is a beautifully designed hotel - spacious, well appointed rooms and the communal space has been well thought out with library, cafe and dining spaces that are light and airy, with beautiful art. Even though there were many guests, it was quiet and calm. The spa was excellent - a little pricey but a really good massage. Breakfasts were excellent - a change of food each day and dosas and eggs freshly cooked to order. Food overall was a really high standard. What stood out most though was the team, an exceptional level of service and attention. Shout out in particular to the bar team- Gopal and co and the breakfast team - the lady in the green shirt in particular. We were always exceptionally well looked after

I really liked the quality of the food and the nature of the staff, they were very welcoming and warm and there at every step to help.

What i didn't like was the bedding, mattress, duvet, pillows, towels. I'd recommend the staff to work on it and change it, it was very uncomfortable to sleep on the beds with the duvet stinking and torn. Apart from this they should also refurbish the furniture as it was very creaky and the bathroom sink was leaking some sort of water due to the wooden furniture.

Excellent staycation option for family with kids. Staff was exceptionally soft spoken. Welcomed us with such warmth and was very considerate about our comfort and food choices. As we travelled with one year toddler, staff ensured food as per toddler requirement is provided. Dinner and breakfast buffet spread was scrumptious having wide variety of veg and non veg. Property is neat and clean, very well maintained, cosy and beautiful. Kids area is also compact and having sufficient rides to keep your toddler busy.

All the staff were good. Cleanliness, hygine, internal property, food etc were good.

We booked the resort because of pool. But pool has its own rules like cotton clothes are not allowed, this should be mentioned before hand. NOT EVERYBODY CARRY SWIMMING DRESSES OR SWIMMING FRIENDLY DRESSES. Also I dont think people should buy it for 2 hours. Instead you shoul either provide the dress or may be mention in bold letters in the bookimg confirmation mail. People can go to water park as well where they need to buy dresses or take it for rent may be. But these rule should be mentioned and told beforehand. Rest other things were good. Keep it up! The property location is outstanding. The rooms and spacious. We had booked the Cypress Suite and it was amazing. The view from the room, of the pool, was very refreshing. The Resort has a library, a swimming pool, the famous Sohum spa, a Fun room with really good indoor games like air hockey, chess, carrom and the like. They have a number of restaurants in the resort too that serve amazing food. There is an aesthetic library with great artefacts spread across the room that makes you travel back in time; very vintage.

The staff was decent except two members of the staff that were really disappointing. Overall felt that the staff was not matching the standard of the property.

The ambience is superb. Nice cozy place for couples and also lot of activities for kids. Food is awesome, the breakfast and dinner buffet has a large spread of variety of cuisine and sweets. U can order Ala Carta too. Very close to the main street at lonavla. Easily u get auto from main road to go around lonavla, pawna in case u don't have your own car. Enjoyed my stay

Food, location, staff are very good.

Housekeeping of toilets and rooms need improvements. Television unit was faulty. Toilets need better cleaning and repair of tiles. Better lighting needed in tea making area. There was no table or stand to put luggage on and we had to repeatedly request for it. Bar lounge needs better furniture. Furniture in restaurant also need deep cleaning.

The facilities were excellent, catering to all needs with top-notch quality. The serene and quiet atmosphere made the stay incredibly relaxing.
