The location is good. Near Narayani Dham where you can get Auto's easily or even you can call them at hotel. (In Lonavala no other public transport is available for sightseeing if you don't have your own vehicle) Hotel Rooms - Room was clean and spacious with all basic facilities. Common Area - Very good place to spend the evening time near the pool. Swimming pool - Clean and have good dimensions. Inhouse Restaurant - Very good food and reasonable price. You can have food either in the restaurant or can order in the room also. Staff - Good and helpful. Overall - Very good place to stay for couples and family.

Room service boys are quite eager to enter the room they should teach them that how one should approach guests when in the room and not to enter directly in, rooms can be more clean

We stayed for 2 nights at this place. The staff was very supportive and cooperative to welcome us at the property. The rooms were clean and tidy But Sum Bad Small's in Toilet... The restaurant has different options available... The staff service is Needed More Improving..... Few options are available for kids' play. Loved the stay at this place Because of the Peace Full Atmosphere.

But Sum Bad Small's in Toilet, But they had Make Sum More Options for Breakfast.......With Restaurant People Behavior is Not Likely Good, also Lift is Not Working for our 2 Days stay.......

At reception, we met the manager- Siddhartha, who was very welcoming. He quickly got our check in done and allowed us the early check in as well. He was very gentle throughout our stay and also helped to get our train ticket reservation done. The room service from kitchen was good. We got jain food, too. There is a nice place to sit and relax in the hotel surrounding.

Firstly, the wifi was not working. At the time of booking, it was showing that there's a free wifi facility. Another thing was the room cleaning. We felt that it was not done properly. You do not have many options for food from outside, as there's no cafeteria close by and autos in Lonavala are quite expensive.

The location is good and the property is well maintained.

The staff should request guests to not gather and talk in the lobby as if no other guests are there. They were talking so loud that too very late at night that it was tough to sleep

The property is not far away from Main Market. The property comes with two bathroom cum washroom and a separate washroom. The lane next to property is very peaceful and good for a peaceful walk with your loved one. Another best part is that it is next to popular narayani dham temple. A couple of more options in breakfast would have made it a good one.

Wash basin in the wash room is placed awkwardly. The corner of the base projects out and accessing is difficult. The corner should have been cut in parallel to the basin.

Cleanliness and food was decent for the price
