Brand never become a small because every brand has start from the very beginning, one of that hotel i am writing about is the Lagoona Resort this is not a brand but still not less than a brand...made me feel like home.very nice big size of room. Although the shower room was looks big / long but your things will get wet after you finished shower. Especially the room is especially nice compared to other in lonavala... Best trek to enjoy which is arranged by them. Staff Savina was very helpful with it . The food is excellent you don’t have to go anywhere they will deliver you in your room. They have a big lagoon where in zipline and other adventures are done which are amazing . We were very much thankful to lagoona because it was an amazing trip .best wifi facilities as well and a small shop for my children and wife to shop . Thank you ..!!!!! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

One of the Best and luxurious resort's here in lonavala. it has the best emenitie's ..provides best of it's services and give's and overall of "like home" experience. They just make us feel like we are their family member's and always go beyond expectation's. The wifi facitlity is good here and very helpfull for people who be doing work. I have extremely enjoyed the resort and am greatful to have chosen it at the very beginning .. it has been such a great experience that i would visit this place agin .. so calm so peaceful . The staff courtesy is just amazing ..they are so polite, so loving and really make guest's feel served like VIP's . The food is great no doubt. It's worth the price that i have spent good value for money.

Great resort to hang around for your trips or leisure time. The cleanliness is up to the mark the housekeeping staff are supportive and look after your needs every now and then .. The restaurant is at it's service all the time and greet you lovingly. The reception staff is very quick in actions and helps you throughout the GRE is at your service all the time and speaks very fluently and her coordination is amazing. Overall Good Staff at the resort. value of money . The rooms, the beds, the lawns, the Ambience the views, the pool just excellent and worth the price I spent. The resort also has a wifi which is really helpful specially for working people.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the coolness & charm of lonavala & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. The GRE speaks very good and fluent English and is very helpful to us as we don't speak much of Hindi . And their breakfast spread & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in lonavala and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. Lovely staff from Housekeeping and f & b service, supportive receptionists too. I extremely enjoyed the adventure as they have zipline, rivercrossing, archery and rifle shooting. Also they have some indoor games to keep you busy like carrom, chess, table tennis, and pool table I extremely enjoyed pool table as I continuously went to play 3 - 4 times . The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. The fact that they have a bathtub In their most standard category is mesmerizing. Great hotel must visit.

They can keep more of the indoor games so children can enjoy too. And also level up with the adventure activities. The Lagoon here was very dry maybe because of no rains as the GRE told us but still the resort should do something as that is the main attraction of the adventures I feel.

We really enjoyed here at lagoona. We went as friends to explore lonavala and stayed in this hotel. It is really peaceful here and excellent services provided by all staff members, especially GRE Savina was extremely sweet and so friendly as if she knew us right from before also Atika the receptionist was kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff Mr. Krishna , Atul and sudhir were really great specially Atul helped us a lot with quick service and helped us when we lost our key he found the key for us. Also chef nived and team really gave us a good spread of breakfast dinner and lunch. Extremely satisfied by the resort. Will visit again with my family friends and girlfriends too😝😝

The resort is splendid and I and my girlfriend really enjoyed over here. It was amazing stay with so comfortable beds and sofa and good bathrooms, balcony, pool and the bar. We explicitly enjoyed the Bar and the food. Hat's off to all the courteous staff members including the GRE , the receptionists, the housekeeping and services along with their managers. Luxurious property and eco friendly too. Lots of greenary to stroll around in the evenings, spacious rooms and adventurous activities with rifle shooting, Archery, Zipline and river crossing. Also they took us for a Trek and the boy guided us very well. You all are doing great . keep going . Will visit again

A little slow service might be because of high occupancy but in this case staffing needs to be increased. Some parts of the property needs renovation.

Lovely Resort and beautiful ambience.. extremely loved the hotel and the facilities provided to us. I and my wife were extremely happy and enjoyed everything. The breakfast and food was very tasty. Absolutely loved the service of the staff specially the GRE was very polite and cooperative. The housekeeping were also very prompt. Would like to thank Mr. Parvez, Atul, Sudhir and Krishna including their whole staff for the splendid service. Also thanking the chef . Mr. Nived and team for providing excellent quality food and excellent taste. Mr. Panda was also very cooperative and provided special service to us. The property has its own adventure activities inside the property which included rifle shooting, Archery , zipline and river crossing we experienced all of them and really enjoyed. Once again Special Special thanx to Savina,Parvez , Krishna and Rahul for all the good decorations as it was our anniversary. We were provided with such good towel art, rose petals art and balloons in the room and romantic candle light setup at tipsy horse. Indeed an unforgettable stay . would certainly suggest it to all of my friends and family. Must visit.

The ambiance was good, Hotel staff was also very helpful. The location suited us as we had planned trek to tungarli hill to have a glance at the Sunrise at Lonavala. Overall the stay was very good enjoyed every moment.

Our rooms had quite a few shortcomings. For eg. Hair dryer was not working, the door key was not working from inside, However the complaints were redressed by the Hotel staff. Found a bit short on maintenance.
