The location is one of the best ever seen. It at the top of the hill which is mostly in the fog in rainy days. We as a family liked the fog , property location, food and well mannered staff.

Need to make efforts towards the cleanliness of the room as I found lots of insects in the room so proper hygiene and pest control is required.

Room was congested. There were no chairs and table in the room. Food cost. Congested activity room.

Food was over priced. The portions were very small. The taste wasn't all that good. The jacuzzi wasn't working Room service was not available.

The staff at the reception could be more friendly and open about their packages. We asked for Ala Carte but they insisted for buffet.....when we didn't opt for buffet the 1st night they gave us menu for Alacarte the next day..... Not a great service i would say.

The approach road to the resort is very narrow and passes through a community dwelling. This should be advised to visitors while booking.

Location of resorts

Road to resort was not good. Telvision n cables in my room was not rorking.it was faulty. They repaired after my complaint. When we are paying for our comfort management should check all those things.

Location and scenic beauty

Need clearer signage to reach the property. Had lot of trouble locating and reaching the property. It was a bit expensive for a 1 day stay.

We liked the location...

They just have buffet... But people do not always want to have that food... Some basic snacks/appetisers should be available on ala carte basis...
