The staff were especially pleasant and very helpful; specific shoutout to Charu from the front desk who made sure our stay was comfortable and seamless.

The sofa bed, isn't really a 'bed' per say. It's quite literally just a sofa and can be uncomfortable if you're taller than 5'6.

Great hotel with amazing people around to make your holiday special. Top-notch service. Food was very nice. Would like to special mention a few heroes I met: Shahbaz - great leader, polite and impeccable service. Vivek met him at check in and with an issue during my stay, he assisted quite well and made sure of our comfort. Service by Akash, Karishma, Damodar were flawless. Neeraj host was great during fun family games. Games should be more kids related I feel. Kedar ji from housekeeping. Helped us to move rooms and with our clothes spoilt due to ants in room. Vaibhav provided very nice service too. Housekeeping team overall were very helpful. Thank you

Tuff to find the breakfast table. Linen, amenities in the room should be as per the number of people in the room. Very slippery near the indoor pool. A mat there could save people from falling. Regular checks by the engineering team required, few things were not good like TV remote cells, AC more effective in 307 and not in 433, bed side phone not working in 307. Water pressure low in the washroom. You can say warm water flowing but not hot water in a 307 bath tub. Room balcony doors keep banging, stoppers could save children from getting hurt and increase the life of your door.

The staff is awesome in this place. Being a 5 star hotel, the facilities are no doubt good but the staff was the highlight of this place. They made it a point that every guest remains happy with their stay in this awesome resort. They also made sure one of the dish which was not there in their buffet was actually made for us when we requested. Also, they went out of the way to order a very nice cake for our anniversary. Overall a great experience with nice variety dishes in their dinner and breakfast menu. Hatts off to the hotel staff and i hope this would be the same experience when we visit again or recommend others.

The property is exceptionally well maintained and all the staff and facilities are very Cooperative and prompt in their service . Location is also very convenient as it is close to the market and all the amenities including the outdoor pool and indoor pool is very kid friendly . The only concern is if you are travelling with senior citizens then the property is having a lot of steps and staircases to reach different areas of interest such as pool and Park. The breakfast served was good and also outside caterings through delivery apps are not allowed inside the premises but you can still order it and collected from the gate

The location is very accessible . Staff is friendly. The buffet dinner has a great spread and we enjoyed it both times.

The breakfast spread too was good but not so well managed as the dinner . Attention from staff was greater during dinner as opposed to BF .The sloping roof below our room balcony had broken tiles which did not give a good impression . Also many cigarette stubs were thrown on the tiles . For a property which is otherwise very neat and clean , these two observations were glaring . I am posting two pictures depicting this so that the Hotel Management take note and do corrective actions

Location is close to nature and at same time very nicely connected to highway. Staff is very nicely trained to take care of customers, polite gestures while greeting. Sarika at reception and omkar in restaurants were very helpful .

Neighbouring room was very noisy ( Using TV at very high volume) during late night hours . Two rooms have a door in common causing sound leak . Reception Lobby at entrance needs to have airflow gadgets ( Portable air cooler, portable air conditioners, Fans) as global warming is on rise and weather is getting hotter n hotter , what was ok temp for hall without ac is not the same now.

Our stay at Fariyas was truly wonderful, especially as we were traveling with kids. The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful and even provided warm milk for our little ones, which was a thoughtful gesture that made our trip much easier. The property itself was fantastic! The resort offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while the swimming pool was a big hit with our family. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and everything was well-maintained.

Wished that the curtains and rooms could be more cleaner and not spotted with dirt and dust.

The property has positive vibes, as soon you enter you feel good, the arrangements of food and quality was very good, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Special thank you to the reception staff they were very helpful and cooperative they were managing checkout and checkin so smoothly would like to mention name of Sarika Patekar she made us so comfortable during our checkin she explained us the policy and about the hotel very well, where to have lunch dinner breakfast, children playing area poolside water sports and everything, also we enjoyed our dinner with live band that day and the singers were very good. Its highly recommended property will visit again with friends and family.

Amenities and Recreation facilities - Water rides, Indoor pool, Indoor games, Spa Staff - we’re very courteous, warm and ready to help! We stayed for 2 nights

Nothing that I didn’t like but somethings that need improvement : 1. Bar - Cocktails could have been better. Ordered some classic cocktails and they were under par. 2. Restraunt - While the Buffet spread was good, Ala Cart menu options are limited and the food could have been better (at the all day dining Restraunt)

Everything went well. Everyone is having one or other shortcoming or it is human to make error, may be unknowingly but if you accept that it is a greatness. We appreciate the cooperation of Mr Anil, Food & Beverages Manager and also specially Mr Omkar who served us a delicious Breakfast. Overall stay was very comfortable and excellent.

We are unable to judge one's mistake or error unless we are aware of all facts and circumstances. But if there is some shortcoming, I appreciate they have rectified immediately after informing them.
