Staff was really good, helpful and courteous. Anupreet who was in the dining area was especially good, always welcoming and took care of all our needs promptly. The very first room given to us had a sofa that was damaged due to guests burning it with cigarettes. The staff immediately moved us to another room since we were not happy with the first one

Gaming zone could have been maintained well. Room that are run down like the back facing villas need to be looked at.

Starting from the first look of the hotel from road till room and service everything top notch. Room was very clean and spacious. Overall very relaxing stay. Food in dinner and lunch was very tasty, particular mention to the delicious Dal Fry which I ordered for my kid. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent. One suggestion is that the checkout time probably can be changed to 12 pm instead of 11 am. Go for it without any doubts.

I didn't like the check out time. And the small swimming pool has broken tiles which I suggest them to repair asap. If a couple is coming with the baby they should send breakfast for 1 person who is stay with the kid. I just ask them and clearly said no. They should send food on request to the room

The restaurant was really good, especially the live counter for morning breakfast. The room was decently sized, with a small but nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

There is only one real issue to mention: the hot water in the bathroom wasn't adequately warm. Even after informing them multiple times, the issue didn't get fixed. On the day of checkout, we were informed that the problem was persistent and was observed in all the rooms, not just ours, and it might take longer to fix. Hopefully, they have taken care of it.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the kids' play area kept our little ones entertained.

Bungalow with private pool experience along with hotel service, best of both worlds. Great place for larger families to book the entire bungalow. There is also a bigger common swimming pool. All the food items were top notch quality... we ordered in room, every item was very well prepared and arrived in reasonable time. The non veg chicken platter is a must try. The breakfast spread is also really good. Cleanliness was well maintained in the rooms and around the resort.

Housekeeping services could be quicker, we had to call multiple times for the same things. They seemed like they were short staffed, but all the staff were courteous. Some marble areas around the pools are sharp and needs to be finished better to avoid accidents.

The property is new and very refreshing with an amazing mountain view. We stayed in a room with a balcony and it was peaceful. You also have the option of staying in the row house with 3 bhk and plunge pool. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Food is delicious. All the best guys...really amazing stay.🙂🙂

It's an excellent property near Tungarli Dam, surrounded by mountains. Scenic beauty. All the amenities are outstanding.
