Breakfast is so good and with coffee, especially idli and chutney is in different levels of taste and misal gravy is so spicy which is good combo in the morning cold climate, Hotel location is so cool vibe generally couples preferences

While am checking out, am having a conversation with the reception staff who is very polite but there is another person in front of the desk who is very rude and said that "why are you speaking in English, you are Maharashtrian and speak in Marathi English wale ko throw them out .....This is Completely Not acceptable...Don't be racist in terms of language we are human beings with well-natured brains. Am not sure why you people are encouraging those illiterate people over there. One thing I would like to say is We are Indians and moreover we are human beings treat people equally.

I met with an accident and couldn't step down for the breakfast, they denied serving the same in the room. I had to buy breakfast. Kettle - broken, Tea/Coffee/ Sugar sachets moist

The breakfast was really very good..... The staff very polite n cooperative...... All together my stay was really a paisa vasool..... All together it was a great experience i had with Hotel Visawa....i hope the same continues if ever i get a chance to visit it again.... Thanks to the desk manager mr. Puran..... N thanks to all the staff members.....

Location of hotel is very good n food where good. staff are professionals, have well behavior and helpful.Service was on time.

I didn't like game room because games are limited pool n pool side area need more cleaning and pool water also needed more attention.

Location from the market area was attraction of this property as 2 senior citizens were staying. Hotel took good care of them. Room was clean and good value for money . Breakfast was decent .

Great service and awesome food!! Staff is very prompt and helpful. Breakfast has many options to choose from. Ideal place for couples and family as well. Would definitely visit this place in future. They have live music shows as well on Saturday's which is great. I even took the offer they had for three pints beer for Rs 420 which was very good. Cheers and keep up the good work.

Hotel was at a very good location Rooms very very neat and tidy Room service was very quick and spontaneous. Buffet breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. Swimming pool was clean and tidy. Though we did not get Ola to go back the resort arranged vehicle for us to go back to Mumbai. Food was very tasty. We tried multiple options and mostly everything was ossom. They have live singing orchestra every Saturday which was cherry on cake. On Sunday morning they had buffet breakfast which had multiple options but on Monday the buffet size was small because the number of guest had reduced but the concept they used was fabulous.. They kept fruits tea and bread butter on the table and other options like poha, omlette, idli, dosa etc was order on the table and will be in complementary breakfast.. I loved the concept because we got freshly made breakfast hot and fresh on table and there was no wastage. Will visit again. Thankyou Hotel Grand Visava for your great hospitality

Though the room was cozy but the mattress was so soft that we felt we would fall while sitting or turning around.. It should have more of grip since elderly won't find it comfortable. Should start providing towels at the pool side. Food was good in tasty but some items price is sky high. People coming by Ola cannot go by Ola since locals don't allow Ola to pick customer. Game zone was operational but things were broken there. Tv remote was hard to operate.
