This was a excellent experience. I stayed there for 3days and 2 nights with my Family. Everything including the stay, staff, food and facility was simply homely. The excellent part is you will see a smile on each staff member all through the stay. Also a suggesting for future visitors, don't miss to meet LAALI there. She is just adorable.

Just nothing to mention here. Everything was just above par. No complaints at all.

The resort is located in one end of a street and around 2km away from the main lonavala market junction. So it is near by the main Street and yet in a nice very quiet area which overlooks a large farm and mountains. This is the most Ideal place to spend a winter holiday or a rainy day. The staff were very cooperative and the breakfast fare was not that large but still decent. The rooms and bathroom were very large.

The swimming pool was not that great. The size was not a problem but the fact is that it was not clean and hence could not use it. The electricity went off a few times for a couple of minutes so maybe that is something they could improve on. Another issue was the approach road (last 50 odd meters) were in very bad shape. They should work with the municipal authorities to get it improved and if it is their private road then it's even more crucial to get it improved. The parking is out of the hotel.

Staff is too good , humble and courteous. They take of everything in very nice way , specially Austin and other staff were courteous. Lovely stay . Must try atleast once

The location is fantastic - it's located closer to the main market, yet isolated enough and scenic. It has a lovely lake at the back side. The staff is very good. The room was very clean. It's overall a great property. The breakfast options can be better.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They honestly cared about our needs. The offered a complimentary tea and had organised an evening concert. The view over the lake is breathtaking and direct. From the pool, restaurant and rooms directly visible. The food was exceptional. Not eaten that great in an Indian Resort ever.

The wifi quality is not so high and the net unstable. But that is minor, who needs to be on the phone in such a lovely place anywhere.

Not anything in particular. The more the property size, the cozier it gets. However, picturesque areas of the hotel made up for the decent area of the property.

Service was excellent and staff was polite. Room was near & clean Restaurant Food was good & economical. Free breakfast was good Lake view location is good compare to garden view.

Swimming pool is very small. Electricity is going off once in a day but comes back within 5 minutes. Minimum ₹100/- to visit one way to railway station/center.

We had a lovely lake view room, which was quiet and relaxing. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Near to station. Staff was very Hubble and coordinating. Food was delicious. Room was well maintained and clean. Overall great experience 😃. Will definitely visit once again.
