The staff behavior was the best part, they were super helpful in any way possible. The location too was perfect, itwas really close to the railway station, you can even walk to reach there, hardly 5 minutes' walk. The room was also really big and comfortable. The breakfast was very good in taste, even they can deliver it to your room. Overall it was perfect. I could definitely recommend the stay to anyone who visit Lonavala.

I think i loved most of the part of the stay. Few things which could be improved- 1) Room facilities: The power outlets were a bit loose (May be because of renovations ongoing), the room too was stinky (obviously because of rainy weather) (Room service helped in managing it by spraying room freshener), bedsheets seem to be a bit dirty (Though it was clean, but if you are not comfortable with stains, then that could create discomfort) 2) Hot water timing. P.S., Hotel staff helped in every possible way to make the stay comfortable.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Restaurant is under renovation. Had to purchase food from outside in the evening and there are no good quality restaurants nearby.
