Location is excellent, staff is kind and attentive and the food is exceptional!

The bathroom did not have a glass or a shower curtain segregating the shower area which was a big hindrance and each time you shower the entire bathroom is wet and nothing is provided to dry the water or pull it dry. Definitely a big issue, especially with elderly guests, there can easily be an accident.

Rooms were good and spacious, staff was very courteous and prompt in service. Food quality and taste was good. Swimming Pool was well maintained.

Games in the games room were not properly maintained. Carrom board was extremely rough, there was no short stick for pool available. Toilet was a bit smelly in the morning. The ventilation in toilet was not good. Toilet exhaust and lights in the room had dust accumulation. There was no night lamp in the room

The property was beautiful and had a wonderful ambience. I had a great time during my stay. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was well worth the cost. The location was also perfect – very convenient and scenic.

The road towards property was in bad condition and had a hard time reaching the hotel.

Food , room view everything is fantastic.. staffs were polite and kitchen boys are very helpful. Food is fantastic . And they provided extra bed for my child without charges..was a great stay.

Pillow smells bad. They need to clean window from outside. Others things are nice.

Poor beer selection. No food service at poolside. Game room equipment needed upkeep and pool table needed more space. Room pics misleading, had to pay more to upgrade to rooms with better ventilation and lighting.

Excellent location. Good and peaceful place. Though the facilities are slightly older, they are well maintained. Swimming pool is small, but addition of mist made it different. Staff in restaurant are very polite and courteous. Food was good and service was quick

Ideal for families, especially if traveling with kids. Breakfast spread was decent. Dinner was very good and made exactly as ordered. Clean and well maintained.

The approach road is horrible. Location is bit isolated. Was traveling with a physically disabled kid. Not all rooms are wheel chair accessible. Not much activities available for a resort.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Mr. Shekhar at the front office was very helpful. The breakfast spread was quite varied. Overall a pleasant experience. Would like to visit again.

Sandwiches / pizzas were not available for dinner. The restaurant told us that the chef was on leave. But they should've made alternate arrangements. This needs to be looked into by management.

The tv cable was not working due to some cable fault. Also there was issue with the shower in one of the rooms.

If you go with a larger family and book twin occupancy rooms, the layout of the rooms are such you would have separate entrances like row houses, not adjacent or accessible one beside the other. So ask the property post booking your rooms to assign adjacent to each other
