I finally decided to stay at the hotel, noting the high ratings given to this hotel by guests. The manager Santosh Kumar, hotel staff and security all had excellent hospitality. Most importantly, the hotel rooms were very nice and clean and the hotel breakfast was very varied. I stayed for 11 nights as a business traveler with a large suitcase, and I would like to commend the hotel manager's management for their thorough staff training, as well as the excellent daily room cleaning. No need to worry about the showers either, as the hot water comes out with strong water pressure. I was also happy to receive two bottles of mineral water every day. Although some guests have mentioned that the surrounding environment is noisy, I think you can experience the vibrant city of India. The nearest metro station, Karol Bagh, is accessible by rickshaw or other means for 30-40 Indian rupees. It is also a 15-minute walk away, so we had no trouble getting there. From the airport, if you are going directly to the hotel, I would suggest taking a cab. This is because there is very heavy traffic and it is difficult to walk with large suitcases. Finally, I would like to thank the many employees of this hotel for their high level of hospitality and excellent facilities. We will stay there again.

Limited food during breakfast buffet..limited juice limited tea. Paid same price for buffet breakfast on my normal stay and for the quick breakfast on the day of our early check out which was only toast tea butter But overall it was a nice stay

I had an excellent stay at the East Park Inn. I was traveling alone in India for the first time and the staff were very thoughtful and attentive in helping me discover Delhi. The hotel is also very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend it!

The 24 hour kitchen was so wonderful as I arrived very early in the morning and the food was absolutely incredible! I felt like I had all the space I needed. The space was so clean. Everything was accommodated for :)

The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, with well-maintained rooms that were spacious and equipped with modern facilities. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, ensuring a restful stay.

I must admit that the location of the hotel was rather disappointing.

For its price, the hotel was quite good and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and worth having included in your stay, note there are extra items not laid out in the buffet but which you can order. The location is a busy area which could be good for some but not if you want something quieter.

The staff were sweet and friendly made us feel really comfortable. This place was very clean and service was very prompt.

The street in front of the property doesn’t look good and safe, but the location is good as point to move cross the city

New hotel. Easy to locate. Clean rooms. Exceptionally clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good food. Only issue was with lack of hot water in the bathroom.
