The location is great although the adjacent building was awful like a slum area. The room was very big and spacious and clean beyond expectations. Gokul restuarant on the opposite side of the road is awesome for a quick grab. Very close to the Amabai temple , loved it and also very close to the bus depot and railway station. In general Treebo Trend hotels are good based on past experience in Dehradun , it was very good with a terrace restuarant.

The bath towels really require to be replaced with new set as they are too old, so I did not use them as had carried mine as a back up plan. The staff is very disconnected with the customers .I have seen places where the staff are very courteous with the clients. This can surely add more value and want one to come back again. There should be room for keeping laundry instead of using the 4 th floor corridor as a storage area, it doesnt feel good to see all this plus the view of the building in shatters next to it. There was no staff to keep the luggage outside, had to ask. Something to improve maybe..

The room size, cleanliness and staff.

Parking. The hotel is bang on the road with no own parking facilities and have to park the vehicle across the road in open public parking, the parking fees is borne by the hotel but no responsibility owned by the hotel.

Breakfast was good quality with more than sufficient amount. Location is also good. On main road. Parking available. Beds were clean. All the reception staff with cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. All the equipments like AC, TV, kettle were working. Amazing staff who treated all of us and gave services like homely members

Maintenance of rooms needs to be done. Handle of Cupboard was broken. Bathroom glass was broken.

Tea sachets were missing even though the staff supplied it saying that it not part of the offerings. Car parking space even though the hotel arranged for one just opposite to the street a bigger lobby space

We lost a personal item during room cleaning when we were away. It is not a very valuable but imported cosmetic.

The rooms are very much neat and clean, the in room facilities are also very convenient. Staff behavior is very helpful and attentive it was pleasant experience, as you just requested & they share all required support on time. Overall it was very pleasant experience.

Little bit of noise at night from vehicle as my room was road facing which is a main road. May be I am not used to vehicle noice so felt little different. But room is excellent and very clean and neat.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was also really well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and the room service was good, although it could've been faster. Apart from that I had no issues with the stay.
