Everything about the hotel was very good they delivered more than my expectations, I had taken the room for one night only but kept the luggage there for the entire next day as I had to leave kolkata in the evening and the staff did not even for once ask us anything we sat in the reception and they told us you can take your luggage at your convenient time.

The room rent varies quite a bit like I got it on a large discount from online platforms but if one directly visits the hotel premises they might have to pay more as per their displayed room's rent. Not something that I disliked actually but just a suggestion to compare the prices before booking.

Nearest to the Kolkata Station. Good in food quality. Opposite to Auto stand and Bus Stand and more over close to Shyambazar and Hatibagan Market area.

Nothing as such every thing was good and moreover Staff behaviour was excellent.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful and the little restaurant downstairs was good for breakfast.

I arrived in the middle of the night so the check in process was a little difficult because they had locked up the front gates (understandable) but the night guards opened up for me. I did message them when I booked to let them know my arrival time but there was no response.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!

This residency is located very close to Kolkata train station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food and big portions. The room was clean, quiet, and air conditioned.

Staff’s behaviour and response was good, nice parking area but taking charge for parking was wrong..

Break fast is good.. even lunch and dinner also good.. it takes care basic need of a person. It not only cover local food but also suits south Indians...

I booked through booking.com and later upgraded the room at the hotel. However no complimentary breakfast was offered to us.
