The booked the rooms confirmation no.3635654825, Cancelled by Property for not paying the advance . This is too bad. we have explained them that due to technical problem with the bank signal we are uable to sent payment and arrange the full payment by the evening at check in time. But they have cancelled the rooms without informing to us, They must resspect the customers. They made us trouble by cancelled the rooms themselves. Then we booked again confirmation number 3635622838 and stayed there for 2 days

rooms are a bit small yet the staff made up for it. Very close to termini 2 min walk. Super marker close. Hotel Decor was good. Breakfast outstanding . Impressed by the personal touch extended. Bed is cosy.Con room wifi not so good although wifi in lobby works well. By Standards it is 3.5 star. All in all had a good stay

The rooms were comfortable and fitted with all amenities necessary for a good guest experience. The staff there friendly and helpful at all times during my stay the front office staff where informative and knowledgeable and variable to guide me all through my stay

Usefull for Accessible Communication with WhatsApp for Deaf and also Interpreter Sign Language. Also Ring Bell Light from The door

The staff at the (HN) in downtown (L) were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through (L)

The location ofcourse is excellent with lots of eating options nearby and walking distance from Jessore Road-Lake Town crossing. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The room, although a bit small in size, but the bed was super comfy. Had a good night sleep.

The hotel did not have hand towels surprisingly. Water accumulation in the bathroom.

The super deluxe room was spacious but the best were all the staff with awesome behaviour.

The breakfast should have choice to select tea or coffee and not only tea…A pest control treatment will do good.

Smoking smell, pan smell all over the corridor. And working in the night making noises while we sleep.

The rooms are as in the pictures. The food is only veg. We just ate breakfast, and it was pretty tasty...for veg The room service is good and everything works. Room was clean and no smell. Staff is ready to help. I will stay here when I visit kolkata again.

It's not really a bad thing as such... But just a feedback to the staff.... Please smile more. Please tell your staff it's ok to smile while interacting with guests. On a whole I liked the experience here.
