1. Staffs... They make you feel secured and comfortable.. Which every customer required. 2. Rooms are decent and clean. 3. Food is good 4. Location is very close to airport and with lots traffic, its right place to stay who wants to go by flight 5. Neighborhood.. Has a small mall, shops. Incase u want to eat. And buy stuffs..2 mins away. 6. Worth for money

1. The towel can be replaced in bathroom. Looks not new.. But its not bother me since i brought one. 2. Bed is hard.. But again when comes to alll good things.. Its not big deal.. Overall i had very good experience.. And if i come kolkata, i will stay here

Guest house was located in a quiet residential area, with plenty of food/drink (and a shopping mall) options just 5-min walk away. The staff were very helpful and always there for any needs. There was a good choice of breakfast and was a generous portion. The Wi-Fi in the room was good enough for remote-working. And several ATMs nearby. Would certainly stay there again.

What a delight this guest house was. We were only there for a few hours but how I wish we had been able to stay longer. We were seriously considering changing our tickets and extending our stay in Calcutta because of how good Krishna Kunj was. We wanted to stay longer. We got three rooms, all on the same floor - we had the entire floor to ourselves essentially and that was such a game changer. It felt like a big apartment with three bedrooms, a common lounge area and a dining area. Rooms and bathrooms were perfectly clean, A/C and water heater were working and beds were comfy. Staff was exceptionally friendly. They helped with luggage (of course) but also helped with picking up our take out dinner and bringing it to us and even brought us a thermos full of hot tea at 5 in the morning which is when we had to leave for the airport. All of this for such a great price! We can't recommend it enough and would love to come back.

The rooms and bathroom could have better amenities. There were no luggage benches or clothes hangers in the closets. No toiletries in the toilets. Had to ask them for fresh towels. It was all perfectly clean and a delight to use but felt a bit incomplete without the basics.

Clean and tidy hotel located approx 20mins to the airport. Friendly and accommodating staff. We were only staying a night before an early morning flight, and it was a good and convenient base for this. Food and shopping options nearby. Ensuite bathroom small but functional. Balcony was a nice touch.

Very helpful staff, clean and well equipped rooms and comfortable stay. They allow to order food from outside (Swiggy, etc). The location is in a quiet place and quite accessible. The staff looked after my family really well!

They don't have a kitchen on site and so the orders took time. Since they allow smoking in the rooms, the stench of the smoke persists and is a tad bit uncomfortable when non-smokers stay in the rooms after the smokers. Out of the 4 rooms that I had booked, only one of them had a tad bit of cigarette smoke stench in the air.

All basic facilities are available in the rooms. Staff is excellent and very helpful and cooperative too. The breakfast was provided earlier than usual time on request and was very good.

The room size was too small. The room and washroom was very basic. Even baggage table is not available. Maybe good for families who book the whole property for their stay in holidays. However, not perfect for business travel. But even then I would prefer it over hotels during future business travel.

Actually everything was excellent. The hospitality, food and located not far from the airport. They strive to make the guests feel at home and ensure all is needed to make the guest happy..Any assistance required is met with a smile and most helpful especially if new to Kolkata or India.

Breakfast not at time,they give breakfast after 9.am ,breakfast should be before 8.30 morning,i booked hotel included breakfast but didnt get breakfast cuz i need to checkout 8.30

Hotel was clean . Location was near to Airport .Staff was cooperative and courteous . Room was Good .
