Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Didn't like the room service person who picked up the phone while ordering. After we order something by phone, he don't respond after taking the order. He just put down the phone. But anyway, order is fulfilled.

Room cleaning service needs improvement, although it is advertised as a 3 star hotel they don't provide a hot water kettle and coffee / tea pouches in room

Every breakfast and food served are good, the entire management and the team are very friendly.

Although the rooms are very comfortable i suggest the hotel management to replace the existence AC with split AC which will reduce the noise pollution. Just my sincere views.

Breakfast was great if able to add some more items like boiled eggs or some Asian options.

Wi-Fi was poor n sometimes out of connection. And need to improve a little bit more about cleanliness regarding room windows area were full of dust.

I liked everything here except some improvement on house keeping service.

Housekeeping are not very attentive I was waiting 2 hrs for my room to be clean, finally my room was ready at 12:30 pm as results i was late on one of my outside program.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The check in and check out process was very seamless and hasslefree.

The staff was extremely helpful. It was at a walking distance from Victoria Memorial Hall.

What I didn't like was the misery on the streets, which the hotel can't obviously do anything about.
