Location un challenging, Staff well behaved , price wise it's little over prised . Need some renovations of rooms , toilets ,breakfast spread also needs to be increased . Rest things are good , front desk good , staff all good

The location of course. It's situated right in the middle of the city and is well connected. The nearest Metro Station is at a walking distance. Amenities are quite good. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities which one requires.

This is my second visit. The maintenance has suffered somewhat over the last few years. A lot of painting, repairs and refurbishing is required.

My package didnot include breakfast.But check-in procedure was a cruise.Parking was a great experience!! Staff behavior & helping attitude is excellent.

The air conditioning system is too old, water dripping through the ceiling is very disturbing.Seems the systems need a good overhaul.The cystern system was also too old & hard to flush.Needs to change.

People at the reception and restaurant are courteous and offered good care and attention. We appreciate

Parking facility lacking. The plug points are not available in the rooms. Whatever available in the room two only and those are worn out. They seemed to be outdated and not suitable for normal charging of mobile phones.

the location is perfect. its just nearby all the places I wanted to visit. the staff are good. good breakfast. quiet and comfortable rooms. big parking space, bars, night club and Spa facilities.. what more could I want!!

the temperature control of the AC in the rooms was not working. it was too cold in the rooms. But it is negligible.

The breakfast was awesome. The hotel was located at center of the city which made it easy for shopping, watching cinemas, having good sea food,etc

The lunch was so costly.

Everything is ok specificaly Miss puja and Shantu's services and behaviour.

Romm no 423 have a partion with wooden door attached with next room some Smokey smell coming from there some times,

Excellent location, great service, Great base to reach places of interest. Safe. Good choice of bars and clubs. Very quiet despite of a busy highway.

Swimming pool wasn't available. Some renovation is needed - rooms are a bit outdated, 80s or even 70s.

Restaurant. Excellent. The food was fabulous. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was cooperative and supportive. All food were fresh and tasty. Breakfast having fresh and warm food.

The rooms and the gym. The gymnastics room was not at all clean and tidy. The rooms was having leak from the air conditioner. The rooms to be modified and pest control .
