Very Good Behavior of Staff, Especially the Middle Aged Front Office (Reception) Manager

The Hotel Front Staff & Manager are very supportive. Location is very nice, hotel is good for couples and single but not recommended for family as it's 4 night club run in the hotel from 10 to 4 am in the morning.

Booking.com was webpage was not good. We were 3 people. 2 were slept on bed. 3rd person was provided with worst extra mattress . Couldn’t meet the criteria of stay of sleeping properly. I selected Double bed and single bed during booking. But one double bed and another mattress was provided which was not meet my selection criteria.

Location and proximity to places to visit. The room was fairly big and neat. The buffet was decent too.

Fridge was not working, and the post club revellers were loud each of the 3 days at 5/6am. 🙄 Barring that it was fine

Overall it was a good stay

Food is expensive. A group of youngsters were drunk and partying in the same room where people were having breakfast, this does not look good. Staff should take care of such incidents.

The location of the property is excellent. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and professional. ( Huge shout-out to Bruce. Good vibes at all the restaurants
