Breakfast and food available in-house at additional cost, good choice of available food. Room is small and cramped, but air-conditioned, with bathroom facilities OK.

Overpowering smell of cleaning disinfectants in hallways and rooms. Entranceway to hotel building is shabby and rundown.

The authority seems very helpful. Welcoming and very friendly atmosphere. We got a Clean and nice room.

The toiletries were not provided properly such as toothpaste, toothbrush, sandle for the toilet and the towels were not good as well. Need improvement. Some of the economic rooms are way too small for even a single person. Need to revise those. They changed our room as per request as we had multiple luggages.

Everything was great

It’s at a prime location within walking distance to Park Street. Staff was kind and sweet.

The rooms are very small, overall cleanliness is not upto the mark. Keys don’t work, no towels given, there were cockroaches roaming in the room.

I liked the behaviour most

Cost of food was much high.moreover a guest was pacing down the corridor late night which made us feel a bit awkward. Once he knocked at our door more than once and after opening he says sorry for knocking wrong door.as a couple it was an interference to our privacy

I like the accommodation & staffs of the hotel. There is also a restaurant with dining hall. Room facilities are good but I expect better in this price range. The location of the hotel is good & it's near to New Market Area & both Esplanade & Park Street Metro station.

Here is the things that I don't like - 1. Room is too small in this price range. 2. There is lack of ventilation of the room. 3. There is no bucket & mug in the washroom. 4. No electric kettle was provided. 5. Only AC remote & Set top box remote provided not provided any TV remote so I have to power on & off the TV with backside buttons of the TV. 6. Wi-Fi connection lost or disconnected at night.

I did like the room overall. The service was good but little delayed service.

Breakfast should be included with the room rent.

I book the hotel from booking.com and get 100% service as they can do their best. Clean & Well Behaviour is the most interesting thing about the hotel. Food quality is also good.

Great staff behaviour and everything was nice and budget friendly. Would definitely recommend for short layovers in Kolkata. Since we didn't stay the entire two days our room was also upgraded. Hotel staff was very friendly and prompt with services.
