Dee Empressa is a Old hotel in kyd street. There is no such hotel nearby so it is very popular among Bangladeshis. I have stayed quite a number of time in this hotel... but it is very difficult to get rooms at weekend or holiday season. I sometimes feel the hotel is overrated! I like the Imperial room which quite spacious and the breakfast is also good.

I must say that this place exceeded my expectation. We arrived very late, but still got excellent service at the dead of the night. Rest of the stay was good too. I guess I will be back to this place if I stay in that area of Kolkata again. Front Desk Staff behavior Good.

The Hotel is very good, located in the prime location. near to new market area. all basic amenities are very much available. The hotel is also very clean and tidy. Good and quick response from the hotel staff and team. Very gentle and nice behavior with customer. Had a very nice and pleasant stay. Now for any next visit to the city will have no time spent in searching hotels as it is one of the bookmarked for me going forward. Good Job Hotel Dee Empresa Hotel... Keep up the good work...

The hotel is in a good location with parks, markets, subway and city centre all within walking distance. Our room was mostly clean and well furnished, with a fridge and an electric kettle. Large window with curtains was also nice. Breakfast was good.

There was some grime in the bathroom and I think somebody took my lighters (both) I left it in the room during housekeeping. Not sure what that was about but nobody told me anything.

Though the locality is not so great, the hotel is really clean and comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good. They serve good breakfast and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Check in and check out was simple and the location is quite prime, everything is in walking distance. Otherwise good hotel to stay for short or long period of time. Well recommended to all. Price is also reasonable.

During my 4 days stay at Empresa Hotel I experienced some fantastic hospitality and excellent service. The Hotel offers great rooms and amenities for the guests. The staff at the hotel is the best part. Rakesh & Danish from Reception were extremely helpful and cooperative. Overall had a wonderful stay at Dee Empresa Hotel and would love to visit again. Highly recommended if you are in Kolkata.

A centrally placed hotel with New Market and Park Street within walking distance. The biggest attraction is the wholesome Buffet breakfast catering to all kinds of taste.We were there with my friend of two and really enjoyed our stay of three days.For a visit lasting 4/5 days this is an enjoyable place to stay.My friend has already decided to go back to Dee empressa Hotel on our next visit.

wifi not good speed Very Slow.

This is really good hotel to stay for stay for Business trip.This a place basically where Bangladeshi people go for shopping in Kolkata, Nice management, nice complimentary breakfast. The rooms are good with comfortable beds and kept very clean. Stayed there for a day. Staff Behavior Very Great.

Some rooms don't have good view although it is in a good place. The breakfast was very limited. Wi-Fi is weak.

We really enjoyed the luxury feel as well a beautiful of Kolkata city was awesome experience. The hotel staff is highly professional, courteous and helpful. All the staff members including the HK and Security staff were welcoming and ever smiling to answer all our queries. The hotel is well maintained and above all the location is close to all tourist attractions and shopping centers.

The ambience was really commendable with Hindi music playing in the lobby Area background. Restaurant staff were very helpful. The hotel is a walkable distance from Parkstreet Metro Station and just 100 meter walk from a famous New Market area which is one of the main shopping gateways in Kolkata. Rooms are spacious and offer pleasant stay.

Excellent & Value for money.

The Front Office staff was excellent . I would definitely suggest my friends to visit here .must visit . everything was on point ,food as well . Thanks to park property. In sort comfortable stay ,felt good staying here. Front desk management are good. Prime tourist spots are nearby.
