This place gets 5 stars for its superb location! Although not a conventional hotel per se with lobby, fitness room, pool etc, the spacious and airy guest rooms are part of a heritage apartment building with comfortable furniture and frugal but effective fixtures, with additional requirements such ironing board, weighing scale only a quick ask away. Its location on Kolkata's iconic Park Street and proximity to famous landmarks, well known restaurants and metro works in its favor. The hotel is in the same building that also houses Kolkata's famous cake shop and restaurant 'Flurys'. Service is great. All staff (Biplab, Gopi, Bimal da) were very helpful. We also loved the food from Mocambo Restaurant food (we ordered Chinese) that we ordered in the room. In-house guests are also entitled to additional discount (same owners as Park Suites)

Only reason the room should get a star less is because of its old style unmarked and unsupported stairs to access the bathroom within the room, posing to be a potential safety hazard for the elderly.

During my four-night stay at Park Suites in Kolkata, I was delighted by the hotel's prime city-center location, which allowed easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. The standout feature was the sumptuous breakfast spread, offering a delightful variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the meticulous room cleanliness and maintenance added to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Park Suites for its fantastic location, delectable breakfast, and well-kept accommodations.

This place is right in the middle of Park Street. The property is very well maintained and clean. Everyone working in that place is very friendly and cooperative. Mr. Bimal Rao at Frontdesk is a very helpful person and helped us get some papers in an emergency. Also the housekeeping staff is always available with a smile on their face. Sujoy helped us a lot during our stay. I will strongly recommend anyone to stay here if you are visiting Kolkata and staying in Park Street.

For a guest house, the choice of breakfast was a super initiative. Once can choose between continental and Indian. The service is on time and excellent. The rooms are large and very spacious. The bathroom is large and cleaned everyday. The house keeping does a great job. The attendants/ managers are also very efficient and are eager to serve you and make your stay comfortable.

The only thing that they need to spruce up is the bed linen. The bedsheet was a bit worn out and so was the duvet cover. Not sure if the cover is changed after every use. Also, better pillows. The pillows were very uncomfortable and small.

The hotel is located in the middle of Park Street. It is a prime location in kolkata, from where yiu can get metro, bus & cabs easily. The room,bed and bedsheets, washroom are very clean. Room is filled with all the amenities. Multiple options are available in the breakfast. One thing I should say that all staffs and their Manager are very polite and humble. They are always ready to help you. Thank you very much team "Park suites" for your help. Thank a lot.

Prime location. Heart of the city. Easy access to cabs. Very hospitable and cordial staff. Took good care of us. Special mention to Mr.Bimal Kumar, Khan, Biplav & gopinath for making us feel comfortable. Sumptuous breakfast. Big room. Very clean bed. Neat toilet. Overall an amazing experience. There is nothing not to like

My stay at Park Suites happens to be one of my best experiences in a hotel. The rooms were spotless and sparkling clean, with an aroma that makes you feel welcome the moment you step into the room. The staff at Park Suites are cordial, and never hesitate to please their customers with their impeccable service. I shall only hope that Park Suites will have the availability to always accommodate my reservations whenever I am in Kolkata.

The location was excellent. The size of the room I got and the facilities were beyond my rooms xpectations. The breakfast was heavy and the service was very good. All in all a bright spot in my travels this year

The location and the staff is the best part of staying here. The day manager- Vimal ji and his help- Khan are incredibly sweet and helpful. As for the location, nothing beats the convenience of staying in a central and chic place like Park Street- you're minutes away from almost every tourist attraction plus right in the middle of Kolkata's most posh and amazing restaurants.

The place is centrally located and close to everything. The room was amazing and was very big and spacious. The staff is very helpful and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend the place. Only 1 comment that the pillows were very flat and didn't have more extra pillows. Barring this rest all is just perfect
