Great staff and good customer service. Amazing location where everything is near you.

Problem is you're gonna listen to music in your ears the whole night till 7 in the morning because there are multiple night clubs down there plus loud music playing all night by the pool area and it's where the rooms windows at. It's really frustrating if you're planning to get some rest and just a peaceful night sleep. Specially if you're a light sleeper.

The room was comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Kankan, the manager of my floor, reached out frequently to check if I needed anything, including checking up on my wellbeing when I had accidentally left the do not disturb sign on my door for a long period of time. The housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning up, settling my things and adding special touches to my room. There are also various establishments within the hotel to visit, like restaurants and nightclubs, with comfortable communal areas to relax in when you want a change of scenery from your room. The location is central, and you do not need to step out for essentials like the gym, pool and spa, which are all available within the building and make your stay that little bit more special.

No negatives as such, but some parts of the room are old, with a bit of rust in places. However, this is made up for with the exceptional housekeeping and customer service. You may hear some noise from the nighclubs in your room, but it's barely apparent.

I've stayed at a few hotels and THE Park is the best luxury hotel in Kolkata in this price range. The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like to stay here because the rooms are so clean. Housekeeping is exceptional, Ranjini came everyday to see that I was happy with the service and that I had everything I needed. It's a safe space. Room service is quick and friendly and the fries were hot and crunchy. The buffet breakfast is renowned now for the freshness and variety of the menu. THE Park is a hidden gem of Kolkata and if you've been travelling in India it's a perfect place to relax and refresh.

I had a truly wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. There was always a warm smile on their faces, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and pleasant. I genuinely enjoyed my time here – the pool and gym were great and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout goes to Ranjini from Housekeeping Service. She did an outstanding job and stood out with her friendliness and personal commitment. She handled everything with great care and attention, which really made a difference. I’m truly grateful for her wonderful service – thank you, Ranjini!

Everything about the hotel was amazing, but the most admirable thing was the hospitality (house keeper team, etc) of the employees towards its customers.

One thing about the restaurant I really didn’t appreciate was the food which I ordered, it was some chicken which was smelly. Being a wonderful hotel they should think about the food as well

The room and cleanliness was very good. The Housekeeper even sent me a message to find out if all was ok. [No I don't know him personally.] In general I saw the housekeeping staff always on the floors doing what they do best. The Breakfast buffet was very good and the staff very attentive. The omelet I had was in fact one of the best I've had at a buffet. All staff in general were friendly and helpful, especially those at the restaurant.

The Reception staff I'd say need to be less stiff as they were rather mechanical in their interactions. Having said this, My interactions with them were only during check in and check out and the one time I asked directions to a money change facility and was given a vague 'go that way'. The Security guard outside gave me better directions.

The staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a good job at ensuring the cleanliness at all times. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The food in general was rather appetizing. The service throughout the stay was brilliant and comfortable. All the requests w.r.t the room as also the food needs were appropriately met. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city’s main attractions.

Wifi - the connectivity wasn't great

The Housekeeping staff was on point, they were professional, behaved, and polite. A special shoutout to Ranjini for her prompt response and the courtesy to introduce herself to each individual guest on their arrival to their rooms. The In room dining experice can be described in one word , "Quick". I have never seen, even in more expensive hotels, deliver the order on such short notice. Overall, highly recommeded.

It was a 4.5/5 experience, 0.5 reduced as the entry to the hotel for someone not arriving through their own vehicle was through the hotel's bar , which is fine by me, may not be by everyone.

The staff was very courteous, the cleanliness , breakfast spread all very very good ! The art collection on all the floors was exceptionally beautiful! We were very well looked after by Ms Ranjini , Mr Kaushik and Mr Prasanna ! It was really memorable experience because of the care and warmth extended by these staff members who were constantly checking up on us . Indeed a great stay and would definitely recommend to others !

Lobby area can be better , it doesn’t live upto the legacy this hotel holds up !

The accommodation is fantastic with Shyam and Mithu always ensuring that everything I need is taken care of. The bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. I sleep soundly each evening. The restaurants offer tasteful delights including a great breakfast selection and I often eat in during the evenings. Sujit the car driver is always so helpful and has shown me many parts of Kolkata. Reception staff have been very helpful when I've requested information. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visited Kolkata again.
