The room, including the washroom, was exceptionally clean. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location is ideal, and the housekeeping service was commendable. I would highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Location and cleanliness.

I was awakened by some guests checking out early at 4:30 AM. They made so much noise, it was impossible to get back to sleep. The hotel management should ensure the passageways are kept quiet at all times. I understand its not entirely hotel management’s fault. People should have civic responsibility as well.

I liked everything as a package. But the which tops out for me the most was the warm staff. They were very friendly and attentive. I noticed that they have attended and rectified issues for me even before I noticed them. It was very comfortable. The front seat staff go beyond and above to help you with your personal needs than sticking to the book.

The hotel was centrally located. Close to many local street food stalls and 800 meters to Forum Mall. Staffs were friendly and nice.

Cleanliness. The room was small and the floor was dirty. We booked triple room but they didn’t pre-setup rollaway bed prior to our arrival. We had to wait almost 30 mins for them to setup and it was almost 2 am. They gave us smoking room. Bedsheets and towels were old and yellowish.

Superb location. Excellent service. Very courteous staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast and dinner. True value for money.

Room size is a bit small. Cloth hangers are too high both in the closet and bathroom.

Breakfast is always good here, including most of the food options as well as TEA, Location is quite central

sometimes early morning Road sound comes through windows, and a bit of noise sometimes, from floors above or maintenance work

Staff was excellent very helpful and attentive. The location itself was great. There are a good amount of food options within the hotel and all around the area and not too far from all the action.

Some of the rooms/bathrooms need updating, also the food from the restaurants attached to the hotel was just okay, nothing too special.
