Despite the large expanse of natural greenery, the property was so clean that it speaks volumes about the maintenance. Everything was top notch, from service to behaviour of staff and all the amenities. Our room was quite big and spacious. Added feature was the balcony with pond view. Food was tasteful. Worth mentioning is the complimententary breakfast which has a huge spread with many varieties.

Nothing as such. Keep up doing the great job as they are doing.

Might be due to the rush during the puja festival, we got room allotment at the backwards portion apartment & it was an old structure with a damp room, which doesn't meet my expectations as compared with my previous staying experience here, while I stayed here for my company's meeting purpose.

Like the ambience of the resort especially the swimming pool experience was excellent. All amenities were good and the staff were also helpful and cooperative.

I didn't like the rooms provided for online bookings as it was far away from the main building. So we had to change our room by paying Rs1000 extra. Another thing I don't like is the price of alacarte food menu price which was too expensive.

It's right on the highway but peaceful inside. Breakfast was excellent. Huge expanse and enough activities to occupy 2-3 days especially with kids.

The design of the room was a bit clumsy. Bathroom did not have ventilation and the room too stayed damp. We stayed in the Nirvana building, the rooms in the main building could be better - I don't know.

The property is big with luxury amenities. We enjoyed the pool, gardens, complementary breakfast, buffet dinner thoroughly. Would go back when we are around next time.

The property management does not care much about online booking or take request. Possibly a large part of customers are local or walk-ins. They only sell one type of room online whereas going there we found they have a wide assortment of accommodations. We also wanted to change the date of reservation but no one responded to messages sent through booking.com. We also called the property but did not get any appropriate response.

It was one of the finest experience I have ever had till date.. Beautiful ambience, great food and sooo much polite and cooperative staff .. Everything is just sooo soo good about this property. Enjoyed my weekend thoroughly with my daughter. Special mention about Mr. Aftab Rahman for being soo kind and helpful.

1. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved. This should be spic and span. 2. The wi fi facility must be continuous and every boarder must be able to avail of the same. 3. I requested to provide with a bouquet of flowers to celebrate my wife Sutapa's birthday on 25/08/2022. But, the management failed to do the same, They only provided me with a small cake. But, a resort, which unanimously falls in the A-list must fulfill the client's wish.

They have timing for food availablity... As per them they don't serve main course after 3.31, they told as their chef has closed the kitchen and went but they can serve you snacks as per their availability, and at night they don't serve after 10.31 so we had to put and find food... Pathetic experience for food, expect food, everything was on top notch...

Infrastructure and ambience is very good. Too much greenery and breakfast service is also good. The Bar and restaurant is awesome 👍. Food quality and taste is very nice

Dinning space was huge with variety of food items.

The indoor sports area could be made more happening. This area needs improvement. Moreover music in the swimming pool area will add on to the enjoyment.
